I had an annual boiler service carried out. Del and his colleague turned up on time. Both were polite and respectful of my home. I had regular contact before the appointment to remind me of the date of the service, which was great as I’d genuinely forgotten about it! I’ve had a maintenance contract with Del for over 6 years and he’s never let me down. I’d recommend him to anyone

A very swiftly booked and actioned service on my ASHP with all questions answered and little bits of "tuning" happily undertaken. I'd been left in the lurch and out of pocket by my other provider, so to have a fairly local to me business who'd happily take up the gauntlet at a reasonable price was a very pleasant surprise as others had not returned my calls etc. Online booking and such are also really useful. I had not used Del Brace Plumbing and Heating before and was a little nervous as people always talk about the Pembrokeshire promise !! Booked a boiler service online which was really straightforward and received an email confirmation. Running upto the appointment I received both email and text reminders. Jerome turned up on time was really friendly and got to work straight away. After finishing he made sure to clean up after himself. I had a query after he had left and rang him and he was able to advise me over the phone. Really happy with the service I received and will definitely be using them in the future.

I have now used Del Brace for two years in a row to service my central heating boiler in Tenby. Always punctual and arrives within the allocated time slot. We required a replacement gas boiler and hot water tank. The gas boiler was to be relocated from the kitchen to the integrated garage. Initial engagement to obtain a cost estimate was slow, however the installation was exceptionally proficient and we are extremely pleased with the result.

Del certainly came to my rescue when my boiler timer stopped working during the snow we had in November. Kept me updated with when the appointment was and on the day when he would arrive. Said he would check what price he could get it for, then advised me to purchase on-line. Once received he then installed the fire efficiently to my satisfaction, would recommend him everytime. 2nd recommendation: Del and his two trusty workmen came to do an emergency exterior combi boiler change this week. They also fitted a new stat and WiFi receiver, a radiator repair (it hadn’t worked in 8 years) and a towel rail refit. Carpets were covered, all mess vacuumed up and everything working perfectly. I couldn’t fault their work and TLC of my property. Del was great. He was recommended to me by Stephen at total plumbing Tenby. I had just moved to the area and a lot was unknown about the boiler and unfortunately, we had a planned power cut the morning he was due to visit. He managed to schedule me in the following week where he was able to diagnose the issue and got me booked in a few days later to repair. He hasn’t disappointed at all. If I had to list only 1 constructive critic, it would be the lack of communication as I did have to chase to get booked in however, it was never an issue and always answered the phone.

On Friday last I found my kitchen flooded with water. Rang Dell who guided me on how to turn the water off. 14 minutes later one of his engineers arrived. Very quickly diagnosed the problem and fitted new joints. Even offered to help me clear the considerable mess. You can't beat service like that. Many thanks.

I was really stuck as I had no hot water from my boiler and was expecting guests to my home. A friend suggested Del Brace plumbing as she had used them and said they were excellent. Within 15 minutes of ringing Del he was at my house. He established that my pump was faulty. He rang to try and find a replacement and as none were available he ordered one to come the next day. As soon as it came he came to my house and replaced my pump. This was out of his working hours but because of my situation he put me first. I cannot speak highly enough of Del ; his professional attitude, his understanding and friendly manner. Without doubt i would highly recommend and if I have a problem will use him again.

Called today to ask what his call out charge was, asked what for, told him what it was for, then said no thanks, no explanation, just no thanks. That was it. No point being in the trade if you can't do the trade. Or, preferes easy better paying jobs.

We called Del after seeing his van around. We had wanted a boiler serviced, a radiator placed back on the wall and a safety certificate issued. The initial call, a quote, time of visit and job total time was given. Del was on time, very professional, carried out all the work brilliantly in the time given. We arranged for him to return later in the week to do more work and we were very pleased with the level of work, the time taken, the cost and Del is a real gentleman. We were very pleased, wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and he would be our first call if we needed any further plumbing work carried out.
