Exceptional service throughout our installation. Very thorough design as to maximize our potential paneling, pre install checks of our property, and brief on time frame for fitting. The lads where there on time, work carried out to a high level. Even went as far as to adjust positioning of cables so that the new wiring was hidden as much as possible, with as little intrusion as was practical. A full explanation of how to operate, and FAQs given to me once the work had been completed, along with details of how to contact them if I had any further questions. They even cleaned and brushed my carpets after installation to ensure no signs of work where left behind. Would highly recommend them.

After much deliberation I decided to have a solar power/battery storage system installed and chose Menai Heating, not least because they sponsor my rugby club (Menai Bridge RFC/CR Porthaethwy). Menai Heating were very professional at all stages and the installation itself was remarkably fast (just one day for everything) despite my property posing a number of significant challenges! The installation staff were competent, tidy, and friendly and left a very professional finish, and back up from office staff was comprehensive. I'm more than happy to recommend this firm.

Had an air source heat pump installed along with new cylinder, new radiators and pipework. Menai Heating communicated excellently throughout, and went out of their way to make a quote I was happy with that even included having my living room ceiling insulated to reduce running costs. The job was completed within a few weeks of payment and the system has operated perfectly since, exceeding my expectations thus far. All documents were then forwarded. I would highly recommend them.

Menai have been absolutely fantastic! Steve has really looked after us pre and post install. The folks here doing the work were amazing. Everyone was polite, left the place tidy at the end of every day and the work is to a really high standard. Rhys and the plumbing team, Alex and the electrical team and Connor and the roofing team ALL excellent. I'm interested in how this stuff works so I've had a lot of questions and they've been really patient/helpful. I'll be using them for all of my servicing etc going forward as well. Very impressed with the service and professionalism, recently had eco4 system fitted, solar panels, loft insulation and heatpump and radiators. Communication has been fantastic, everything has been explained well and the expectation set and met throughout. Very friendly service, Rich and Llyr did a fantastic job on the install and explained the whats and the whys, they were very clean and tidy, went above and beyond ensuring everything was tidy and clean and safe every night for my little one to be comfortable and safe at home. Mark did a very tidy job on the electrics and took the time to explain everything. The scaffolding was fitted and taken away promptly leaving no mess. I regret not getting the install done years before. Thanks to their help in teaching me how to use the heating app its more than halved my bills. 15th October 2025: I cannot speak for the company as a whole, as my install is still ongoing. However, Gethin who does ventilation tests for Menai heating has been great to deal with - a friendly face in the middle of a busy install who has been polite, conscientious, and has excellent communication skills. He always sends me a message to make sure that his appointment times are convenient for me and explains well what is needed from us. Diolch i ti Gethin am wneud y broses yn haws! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sam, our electrician, is very competent and extremely helpful - having him work on the house has been very reassuring and he's been able to answer all of our questions. We're very happy with the quality of work and advice that Sam has provided. Erin who works in the office is so organised and we really would have been lost without her. She sent us over documents whenever requested, and listened to me whenever I was stressed/worried about anything and worked to rectify the issues that occured. She was lovely to speak with over the phone and that made the world of difference during busy times - Diolch gymaint, Erin! 14th April 2025: Connor came around to do our ECO4 survey today and was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. He spend time looking around the property thoroughly, as we chatted through what the work might look like for us. Menai heating fitted a system that doesn’t work on th national power grid, it trips daily, and they had to send out an electrician months later who admitted this fault is with every system they’ve installed to date. Promising batteries for solar but then not installing a unit able to charge batteries. The work actually took 4 months to complete, rather than the ‘couple of weeks’ promised. They left us with no heating for 3 weeks during the snow, I was very pregnant at the time. It’s more expensive than oil, but maybe that’s because the solar panels they fitted trip once a day. The radiators are supposed to work independently but none of them work. We complained about this a year ago (now with a 7 month old baby) it’s still not fixed. The electricians cable tied all the cables to the hot water pipes. Which were hidden by the skirting boards so it’s lucky we noticed. The skirting boards speak for themselves, we had to just redo them ourselves because I didn’t trust them to come back. They were just glued to the wall with the tiniest bit of glue. I was worried about damaging the walls removed bing them but it didn’t leave a mark. So over a year since start date and we have a more expensive than oil heating system that didn’t actually work. Over the past year we’ve been promised resolve but now it’s clear they’re just fobbing us off. Hence reviewing over a year later. I wondered how they don’t have more bad reviews. But the constant promise of resolve leaves you in hope that one day it’ll be fixed….

We had the full system install completed over 2 weeks. The process itself is intense but over quickly. Menai have been great from start to finish. Steve has been honest in terms of the process and responsive to any issues we had. Mike was super clean and fast with the insulation and plastering. Gareth had his work cut out with the plumbing but got it all complete in the week. The electricians were professional and tidy as were the scaffolders who took care getting a massive truck up our tiny driveway so thanks for that . Erin and Will were really helpful with our inane questions about batteries and processes So happy we’ve had this done. Thanks to Menai for all the hard work. Would score you 6 out on f 5 if there was an extra star to select. Highly recommend you to anyone who asks. Good luck

Outstanding service and customer care has been my experience with Menai from the initial enquiry until today where I am sitting with my new heating and water system working seamlessly as promised. Steve oversaw the project ensuring the best solution was offered to suit my specific circumstances...other companies had just given a quick offer which would have not been in my interest at all...don't get me started on how I feel about the misuse of taxpayers money by these other companies. Just had a full heating system upgrade (heat pump, solar, battery). From start to finish, Menai Heating has been so professional and competent, along with all office staff and all the various contractors (Louie the lead plumber, Ash the lead electrician deserve special mention). Great advice initially and throughout, prompt service, cleaned up every day. Had our "after sales" quality inspection yesterday and they found one, yes one, loose screw that needed tightening (wish I only had one screw loose!). Well done and thank you to the whole team. Can't recommend enough.

Excellent organisational team and we are happy with the end result. Its a hard process to live through for three weeks so I'd recommend leaving if you have somewhere else to stay especially the first week when the internal insulation gets done. We moved into a freshly renovated, almost 200 years old house in April this year and noticed immediately that it was a very cold house which contained a modern electric heating system but it didn’t heat the house at all. We asked Menai Heating for help and within a few days Steve from Menai Heating came and inspected the property and told us what needed to be done to improve the heating. The work of installing a complete gas heating system and insulation was completed in less than four weeks time. The services of several expert teams were required, every member of which was friendly and finished their task to our satisfaction. Today Steve visited us again prior to making his report on every stage of the work to the office. Thank you Menai Heating. We’re very happy with the work completed by Menai Heating. Our project included 22 solar panels, a heat pump, new radiators, and insulation. Understandably, we were a little nervous about such a big job, but each team delivered to a very high standard. They took the time to explain their plans, consulted us on practical and visual details, and made sure we were comfortable with every stage. Everything was finished in just four days, and the results exceeded our expectations.

I admit to being apprehensive about the scale of disruption to the house during the installation of heat pump/ internal installation etc, but in reality the whole process ran smoothly from start to finish. I have tried to contact Menai heating on many occasions, (possibly 10 times) using the contact details on their website. On all occasions the phone went unanswered. I have tried on their website, again on numerous occassions, and there again, there was no reply. So imagine my surprise when I phoned yesterday, someone answered the phone, only to tell me that the office was now shut, but not to worry, my details would be recorded and somene would definitely call me the next day. This did not happen, i suppose they couldnt be arsed, because I wont be eligible for the lucrative grants available, because im not in receipt of any welfare payments. If this is the attitude when there is work in the region of £10,000 to £12,000 in the offing, then I dread to think what customer service would be like in the event of any problems. Do yourselves a favour and give Menai Heating LTD a very wide berth.

The whole process from start to finish was amazingly simple and straightforward. The team who came in and did the plumbing left the house spotless and were very considerate of me living here whilst the work was going on. With hindsight I wish I’d booked a hotel and kept out of it but I didn’t really think about it. Couldnt be more pleased with the whole process...Very quick from initial contact to finish..Excellent communication, friendly and knowledgeable installers and very quick too. Good follow up service after the installation was completed, to check that everything was installed and working as it should.

We qualified for the ECO4 Flex offer, funded by the power companies, because of a family member illness that is exacerbated by the cold. The Flex element of the scheme is managed and authorised by the local council, who we contacted to find a reliable supplier. Everyone we spoke with referred us to Menai Heating, based on Anglesey (and thank you everyone for doing that as it was a great experience). The initial phone call we made was efficient in explaining the basics to us and checking to ensure we would “qualify”. We qualified to have a “room in roof” insulation package to vastly improve our heat retention, an Air Source Heat Pump, ventilation systems in bathrooms and kitchen and a roof mounted solar system. All of the above was fully included in the funding covered by the scheme. We did opt to make an additional contribution to “upgrade” our heat pump to a Vailant Arotherm plus 7kWh with internet gateway (our own personal choice with no pressure sales involved at all) The installation started very quickly with the insulation of the attic room taking place first. The gang arrived and took great care in preparing the house to ensure cleanliness throughout. The room was finish plastered with all of the electrics extended to accommodate the extra wall thickness of applied insulation. This took about 3 days in total, after having me spent two days clearing out all the contents (junk) to enable the work to start! Meanwhile a ventilation test was carried out to check what measures needed to be applied- a reassuring test that didn’t just default to “every window needs a vent” type thinking we had previously experienced. The plumbers then arrived and did a fantastic job installing a very quiet and efficient heat pump and hot water cylinder. The work was well laid out annd they took pride in ensuring it “looked good” as well as operating efficiently. Electricians completed the set up and preparation for roof top solar install. Again an excellent and efficient process to complete this stage. Scaffolding erection followed, allowing the roofers to install twelve solar panels on our slate roof (5.4kWh). They took great care during the install and any worries I had about our c1825 slate roof was unfounded. The panels used for us are bi-facial and very aesthetic so they actually look very good, unlike some that just appear very cheap looking. The overall effect of these measures has produced a permanently warm, healthy home, with efficient performance that is affordable to run. For the first time ever our smart meter reads £0.00 running costs for most of the day (in grey cloudy weather). All of this covered by the ECO4 Flex scheme, except for our requested upgrade on the heat pump, which was entirely our own choice and certainly not forced on us. The various trades that attended all provide friendly, professional service that could not be faulted. My only concern was that they informed me that most people don’t even offer a cup of tea as they work! Come on people get the kettle on and some biscuits at least, these guys are doing an excellent job for you, at zero cost to you! The Menai Heating office staff and project manager, Steve, could not have been more helpful with constant updates provided and attempting to support any reasonable request without fuss. Since installation we have received all of the various guarantees (some upto 30 yrs) and are currently awaiting the final “pack” which will include the MCS registration for the solar install. There are various add ons available if you should need them and I would recommend getting a “battery” installed with your solar as this will almost certainly add to your energy savings. A provision was made to accomodate a future Tesla Powerwall 3. Totally recommend this company for any work you may need doing at your property. No hard sell, a professional approach, rapidly executed from start to finish in approx 2 weeks - amazing and thank you very much to you all! All of your team are very welcome to pop in for a cup of tea anytime you are passing!!

Recently used Menai heating to install a full central heating system and heat pump into my bungalow. Matt from Menai came out to survey the property and to tell me about the options available. I took a leap of faith in going ahead with the install and can honestly say I haven’t looked back. Menai kept me fully informed of the whole process along the way which was excellent. I was quite concerned how much mess would be involved as the house is full decorated but really didn’t need to worry. Louie and his apprentice Cameron who did the main work, followed by Alex the electrician were absolute first class workers. They were incredibly efficient and tidy, even hoovering when drilling to reduce any dust and tidied up at the end of each day. On completion the house didn’t even look like they had been apart from new radiators in the rooms, I didn’t even need to clean / hoover the house. With regards to the heat pump I now have a house heated at a fraction of the cost of the electrical wall heaters I was previously using, along with hot water on demand. A huge thank you to all at Menai heating for such a great job.

Currently going through the Eco grant application with this company and they have been excellent. They called and arranged a home visit within days of my initial enquiry. Liam attended and talked us through the whole process. He was very kind, informative, explained how the grant system worked in detail, what documents we needed and the options available to us depending on the level of funding received. We felt confident in applying thanks to his support. Once all the forms were in, Martin contacted us and arranged another home visit at which he discussed radiator placements and sizes, options for location of heat pump and water tank. We always felt in control and were able to make good decisions based on the guidance received. He covered all the installation process from pipe placement and covering to pressure release outlet - a very thorough explanation. Now looking forward to the work starting once funding is confirmed.

We recently had a air source heat pump fitted. The assessment was very thorough and everything was explained very clearly. The company applied for the grant for us and communication with them was excellent. The installation went very smoothly and there was no mess at all. We've been using the heat pump for a couple of months now and it's made a hug difference to the house with even temperatures in every room. It's also easy to control via the app. All in all we are very pleased and the whole process was a lot easier than we expected.

Found them to be extremely helpful. I rang to ask advice on a specific issue relating to my property and although it wasn't within their remit they took time out of their day to give advice,information and point me in the right direction. Not many would have given that advice for free. Really appreciated their honesty and advice which saved me £800!! Thank you very much Lee 🙂

Cone across really nice, in fact they actually are decent people. Quality of work shocking...most by sub contractors but issues still not dealt with 5 weeks after installation of new heating system on ECO4 grant work. You know it has to be bad when you're complaining about free work....

Awful customer service

Menai Heating installed solar panels and an air source heating pump for me in August. There were very efficient from the start. Once the paper work was in place Erin phoned and made an appointment for Liam, our surveyor to call. He was very efficient and very helpful. He took the time to talk me through the process and explained who would call and in what order. We then had a visit from Martin to discuss where the pump etc etc and radiators would go. We didn’t need cavity wall insulation or loft installation. I decided to buy a solar battery. Will phoned to discuss this and ordered it. Installation started mid August. The electrician, Sion, phoned and arranged to call the Saturday before to remove the old night storage radiators. This was done quickly without any mess! Once the plumber Dylan started work was completed in about 7 days. They were all very careful not to damage any carpets or furniture. Both Sion and Dylan explained how the heating system worked and assured me I could phone them any time. Finally we had a visit from Steve who inspected everything and answer all my queries about changing electricity suppliers etc. I recommend Menai Heating without hesitation. They made the whole process as simple as it could be. I’m very pleased with the result!

They got on with the job without interruption and left me with hot water and heating (UFH) for the first time in twelve months. Two words to describe my experience - efficient and painless. Just had a heat pump fitted by Menai Heating. The service right from the quotation was excellent. The communication from Matt was second to none. The installation team arrived on time as planned, everything was fitted very neatly and they removed all the rubbish and cleaned the site. Before leaving they clearly explained the operation and the controls of the heat pump to me.

We contacted Menai Heating Ltd in April as we needed to source a replacement compatible Heat Pump. Matt Edwards arrived the following day and carried out a thorough site visit before providing quotes for a replacement pump. Back in March 2024 I had a ASHP, loft/ceiling insulation, extractor fans and solar panels fitted by Menai Heating under the EC04 grant. I was initially very sceptical about changing from our old LPG gas boiler, but it was coming to the end of its life and was too expensive to run. I looked at the Gwynedd Council web site and Menai Heating was one of the approved installers. I chose Menai Heating due to positive online reviews and they are a company that have been around for many years with a good local reputation. From the very first phone call I made to Menai Heating I was impressed, no pushy sales talk, just lots of advice. I can’t believe how straight forward the process was, once the initial survey was done, which was very thorough and the grant approved Erin rang and arranged all the install dates. Again Menai were so helpful all the install dates were made around our prior commitments and once agreed I was emailed a list of all the dates. Mark came before the work began and completed a ventilation test. Martin then visited and went through where the equipment would go and how many radiators ect are needed, again taking time to fully explain everything. Will then came and explained all about the Solar Panels. We were also interested in purchasing a battery at the same time. Will went through all the information about the battery, again no pushy sales, we did go ahead and purchase a battery that was installed at the same time. Steve was amazing and looked after the installation from beginning to end. He visited before they started and went through everything with us, he took his time and answered all our questions and made sure everything ran smoothly. He went around the house room by room and explained what would happen, what we would need to move etc. His attention to detail makes sure the install goes without any hitches. Steve was our contact throughout the install and if we had any questions he was always at the end of the line. The first team to turn up were the lads that covered all the flooring and furniture to make sure there was no damage. Next came the electricians who made safe all the light fittings ready for the insulated plasterboard, then holes were drilled for the extractor fans. The following day the insulated plaster board was installed as well as loft insulation. The ceilings were plastered over the following two days and before leaving all the plastic floor/furniture coverings were removed and the house hoovered. The electricians came back and refitted all the light fittings and extractor fans. The plumbers came next, lifting floor boards, removing the old radiators and pipework without causing any damage. Before installing the new radiators they double checked everything with us. Alan was in charge and his team where a credit to him especially Joe. The plumbing of not only the radiators but also the ASHP and water tank and all the equipment that goes with it was so tidy. Osian went through everything with us and made sure everything was running smoothly, he is great and very patient making sure we understood how the ASHP worked. Once the installation was complete Menai came back the very next day and removed all rubbish, including the old boiler, radiators, packaging ect. Once the install was completed Steve came back and checked all the work and made sure we were happy and knew how everything worked. All of the equipment comes with a guarantee and we have already received copies of the insured guarantee. I cannot recommend Menai Heating enough, the standard of work, care and understanding was fantastic. They have given us a warm house at a fraction of the cost of running the old gas boiler and wood burner. I would not hesitate to recommend Menai Heating the way they handle the whole install from the moment you call them is like a well-oiled machine. One thing that also stood out is every member of the team said what a wonderful company Menai were to work for and it shows in the care and pride they taken in their work.

Excellent service and work from this company in insulating outer walls and installing an air sourced pump and solar panels at our property. All work was carried out to a high standard with no unsightly pipework on display, something that had been a concern of mine. This was no rushed installation. The company's Customer Liaison Officer, Steve ensured that we were kept informed throughout the process, was easily contactable to iron out any issues that arose and to ensure that all work was carried out as agreed. Erin who was based in the office was also a star. Very pleased with the resulting increase in warmth and decrease in the cost of heating. Happy to recommend this company to anyone.

I had Menai Heating to install an air source heat pump, radiators, pipework and solar panels under the Eco4 scheme. I can’t thank Menai heating enough they were thorough, they were very professional and they took time to listen to me and evaluate my families needs and the properties needs, everybody was very professional and customer focused and couldn’t do enough to keep me happy and in the loop. The install process was also a very positive experience Menai Heating have different teams which install different parts of the process, first the plumbers and heating engineers started removing the old plumbing and radiators before the new system was installed This was definitely the biggest part of the job and was completed in one day which I was very surprised about, but it did mean that the whole process didn’t drag on. The contractors that came were very polite and respectful of my family and property and very nice people which always makes you feel good when you have people working on your house. The next phase was having the solar panels installed and the two young men that turned up we’re also very good very nice and very friendly also respectful of my property and did an amazing job making the solar panels neat and lined with my neighbour’s install so it looked in keeping. Final phase was connecting all the solar panels on the electric system and commissioning the boiler to get it working. This was also a very good experience with another respectful polite team who came and did a very tidy neat job giving me advice and tips and show me how things worked in a way I understood clearly. So the whole process is taken about four days to complete, which was a lot quicker than I was expecting and that’s with day off in between so it was only three days from start to finish, Menai heating are an approved installer for Eco4 in my area and it’s easy to see why the council approved them with a quality of their workmanship and their customer focus and care I can’t thank them enough for what they’ve done for me and my household, Highly highly recommended, I don’t normally take this much time to write along review about a company so this does show how I feel about them.

Refuses to take on any jobs. Been advised by other companies to contact Menai Heating, but when I asked if they could help, said they couldn't, and advised me to go to my manufacturer, who advised the closest company was Chester. Kept going round in circles in conversation. Don't bother

This is not a review of Menai Heating's standard of work but, for one of their representative's standard of driving in one of Menai's vehicles. This incident involves the van shown in the picture with a registration number similar to WM67 TWL with the Menai livery displayed clearly. At 11:25 this morning, Tuesday 13th February 2023 on the A487 towards Bangor from Griffith's Crossing, I was driving a white Renault Clio when the individual driving this van nearly forced me off the road after deliberately overtaking where the two lane section was coming down to one lane. This was despite plenty of advanced warning signs and road markings. Furthermore, the road here has the national speed limit of 60 mph, I was showing 60 mph on my speedo but, the van was travelling much faster despite it having a vehicle class speed limit on that road of 50mph because, it's a works van (check this fact). There was nothing behind me but, they continued to overtake and when alongside my vehicle they moved over aggressively causing me to have to slam the brakes on to avoid a collision or, be forced off the road. The van then tailgated the car in front of it for about two miles until, at the approach to the next roundabout, the van veered to the inside lane, undertook several cars and then moved back into the outside lane and entered the roundabout at speed, causing another van already on the roundabout to brake. I did think at this point the Menai van might have been stolen. I certainly wouldn’t want the driver of this van associated with any company of mine. Furthermore, I certainly won't be considering Menai for the installation of solar panels on my business premises after this experience. My wife, who took the picture below, was the passenger and she was very shaken by the dangerous driving. Unfortunately, the Renault we were in was a courtesy car. My own car has a dash-cam and the footage of this incident would have been passed straight to North Wales Police.

Just had a full installation from Menai heating through the Eco 4 grant for a detached cold damp house ,it's now transformed .Absolutely superb service and work from every team and brilliant support from Steve, and the office staff.The care and attention to detail to ensure it goes well is second to none .I have seen other companies work on these grants and these guys go the extra mile. We had radiators ,heat pump ,solar panels ,internal insulation , new skirting boards and replacement Internal wall window sills all for free .,they even Incorporated our current shower unlike other companies and got a carpet company to ensure carpet was under new skirting boards .pipework hidden where possible and neatly done where it shows and they literally wrap your house and belongings in plastic to prevent dust and damage. House has never been so cozy and not to worry about damp and mould such a relief .10 out of 10 highly recommend .

I cant really put into words how amazing Menai Heating is from start to finish. We had a new boiler and radiators. The office staff are amazing and super efficient and the workmen who came to our house to fit everything were amazing at their work, so organized and tidy and tidy. They all worked together as a team and the result was superb. They were tidy and cleaned up after them, they didn't leave anything behind. THANK YOU ALL, I WILL BE RECOMENDING YOU TO EVERYONE.

After 6 months without a boiler, I have just had a full ECO4 installation completed by Menai Heating - best Christmas present ever and can't commend highly enough! I now have a well insulated home with much improved EPC rating, new air source and solar heating system and plentiful hot water. Steve does a fantastic job of coordination with prompt resolution of any issues that arise along the way. Would highly recommend all involved - Siorsie and his team working on internal and loft insulation so impressive and left the house spotless even after a day's plastering, Craig, Sion and Steve did a great job with the plumbing and Alecs similarly with the electrical work. Ditto on the other tradespeople who I didn't meet but completed their part promptly and effectively. There is inevitably some disruption when so much work is being undertaken in a short space of time, but I would thoroughly recommend Menai Heating to anyone who is considering applying for an ECO4 installation / looking at installation of heat pumps and solar energy systems. Mani Heating defiantly are the go-to company to contact for all things solar. They fitted our 14 panel solar array to a exceptionally high standard, the battery and inverter were fitted to the same high standard despite the limited access to our garage roof! The job was completed on time and in a very professional manner. It is true to say that we are delighted with the whole experience. Any questions or queries were expertly delt with immediately by Matt, the renewables manager. All in all a 1st class job from start to finnish. We would recommend Meni Heating for a good job caried out by a polite and hardworking crew.

Cannot recommend Menai Heating highly enough. From my initial enquiry, through to hand-off of fully installed PV system, Matt communicated at every stage, provided lots of details, guidance and help. The level of work and quality of equipment was extremely high and worth every penny. The guys who installed the panels on the roof were unable to install on the agreed date due to extreme rain, and came back on a Sunday so they would not hold up any internal work. Harry, who installed internally worked really hard to get the layout right and in the 2 days planned, even working through his lunch. The installation was perfect in every way and very neat and also fully explained. Matt even took the time to run me through the portal and how best to use the system to get the most from it. I will be using Menai again to add more solar panels on outbuildings and also an EV charger. To say Menai, Matt and his team went above and beyond would not be high enough praise. Had a 9.8kw solar installation from Menai and all done professionally with lots of communication between the parties re: design, installation dates etc. All up and running and noticeably reduced electricity usage, so can’t wait for summer!

Menai Heating have been great... from Will, Mark, the solar lads were fab, Gareth, Conrad and dad plastering, Craig and his plumbers did a sterling job and always contactable, Alex and his gang, Lee even fixed an issue not related to the work, office staff always happy to help and last but not least, Steve who I can honestly say understands good customer service. Not everything was perfect and mistakes, accidents did happen but the experience as a whole was positive and mistakes accepted and resolved if possible. I couldn't ask more than that and the house feels fantastic..... thanks 👌

We had a heat pump and solar panels installed by Menai Heating, under the ECO4 scheme. We are delighted with both systems. The heat pump is fantastic and produces loads of hot water on demand. The solar panels generate electricity efficiently and are already saving us money on the usage. Menai Heating were superb all the way through. All the staff were polite, helpful, and made sure we got the help and information needed. I thoroughly recommend this company to anyone.

I would highly recommend Menai Heating. They installed a solar panel and battery system. We received clear information from Matt before installation. They fitted everything in 2 days. The after care service has been excellent.

SCAM. Tell you you qualify for heat pump, insulation and solar after property survey and then turn round and say you aren’t profitable enough to make it worth their while! Erm, shouldn’t profit margins be worked out before engaging with customers?! No confirmation either on what they’ve done with bank, NI or passport details.

Menai Heating did a great job installing both my Air Source heating system and Solar Panels. I have to praise them for efficiency and help. The work is very neatly finished and the workmen where very tidy and careful. I would have no doubts about recommending Menai Heating to anyone and am proud to show people what they have done.

We used Menai Heating initially for our heat pump installation in two properties, ours and our sons (bank of Mum and Dad). We are very pleased with both the installation and the follow up service that was provided. The installers were extremely professional and approachable, even for silly questions. When we wanted Solar panels we went back to Menai Heating because of the previous professionalism. This installation was also carried out to a very high standard and we were consulted by all members of the team at all stages. We can highly recommend Menai Heating for both heat pump and solar installations.

The service was excellent very efficient and clean . Iam very pleased with the work and am now nice and warm! The only problem now is Myself not quite understanding how to work the heating system , have pur it on 23 and now we are too hot in the morning and all day but ideal in the evening . Not quite understanding the individual radiators to change the heat I must be dumb as the electrician and the plumber have explained how to do it. They have been excellent in explaining BUT it is ME ! Will always recommend MENAI HEATING

Was a total mess, when I came home after the first day of work it was like coming home to a demolition site, broken my vase, but coming to move out and clearing up what annoyed most my 'cartref' plaque still no where to be seen, either damaged or taken, I would be embarrassed if this was my own place with everything that went on

I can't recommend this company enough, they have been absolutely brilliant from the word "Go". We has an air source heat pump fitted, we were given a quote and once accepted we were looked after perfectly. The people that came to the house to fit it did an amazing job and were a pleasure to have around. We even has experience of their after sales support when the heat pump stopped working because of a water pressure issue in the hot water tank, they had someone here within the hour to fix it. They have just gone out of their way to provide us with a great service, rare in this day and age We're happy we chose them to do this work for us and would definitely recommend them to you

Outstanding and very professional installation of Air Source Heat Pump. Everyone with whom I had contact (Lee, Matt, Louie and Liam) were well trained, highly competent and skilled tradesmen. There were some issues with the installation, attributable to the manufacturer not Menai Heating, which were resolved promptly. Excellent communication throughout the process.
