Reviews
4.1
Phoenix Refrigeration & Catering Ltd customers generally report fast, friendly and efficient service, with some describing staff as knowledgeable. One reviewer said a refrigerated deli counter was fixed the same day, and another said they were up and running straight away. However, one reviewer said no one turned up after two phone calls and promised visits, and another said no one called back after two phone calls despite promises to do so. Other comments were brief, describing the service as helpful, brilliant or professional and reliable.
Jhon and Bryan are really knowledge , very good experience, really recommend!
After 2 phone calls and no one calling back although we spoke each time they said we will call back.No one did. Clearly don’t need the business.
Called out today, received rapid response and the engineer was extremely knowledgeable efficient and friendly. Couldn't thank him enough got us up and running straight away. Highly recommend
After two phone calls to remind them and assurance of visit, no one turned up.
Amazing service! A personal recommendation to Leaf Café for their service and they didn't disappoint with an amazing 'same day' fix of a refrigerated deli counter. Great job!
Fast friendly and super efficient service . Would HIGHLY recommend.
