Used these people yesterday. I had a dripping tap and a pipe rattle. Diagnosed correctly as new kitchen taps required which were supplied and fitted within 2 hours. The taps were standard. I was charged £338 and had to pay the bill via bank transfer immediately. Gobsmacked at the price, should have been less than half that.
