Crystal Sigma Ltd

Excellent ! This is the second time I've used Crystal Sigma for a residential a/c installation in my own home. They are highly professional, easy to work with, prompt & thoroughly reliable. I will use again.

I was hugely impressed with the service; from obtaining the quote to the final install it was all completely painless and very quick. The installers on site were excellent, friendly and professional and extremely clean and tidy – we didn’t have to clean up after them at all. Overall very happy and would certainly recommend.

Really happy with the service. End to end installation in 4 rooms in under two weeks. Super friendly, responsive team.

The installation of our Daikin air conditioning units by Crystal Sigma Ltd was excellent. Samir coordinated the installation brilliantly - his team were professional, clean and tidy and installed the units very painlessly in two days. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Brilliant service and a very professional install team. 100% recommended.

Fantastic job. Really polite, professional guys who came and went without any bother. Did a pro job, really quality and tidy work, they we're responsive to my requests and even cleaned up after themselves taking all the packaging and rubbish from the job. Honestly couldn't fault them. Thank you to Crystal Sigma, Sam, Bogdan and co.

I have personally used Crystal Sigma services for the past 10 years and I found their office staff very knowledgeable and the engineers trained to work on all AC, Ventilation, AHU, Heat Pumps and Refrigeration Equipment. Over the years we have never had an issue that we could not resolve with the management therefore I highly recommend Crystal Sigma as your place to go if you need a new AC system, fault finding, Heat pumps, ventilation etc.

I’ve not used the services of Crystal Sigma in a few years but they are still top quality and very reliable. The job turned out to be more complicated than originally anticipated but they still completed works in the agreed time frame with no question of additional charges - very impressed!

Sam and team did a great job at our store. Thanks. Will definitely use again!

Great company to deal with, very professional with human touch, i could have not been happier with their help!

They where extremely proffessional. Did 2 of our offices so far. Very fast and have all the brand options.

crystal sigma delivered a great service from start to finish. All works completed within agreed timescale. Highly recommend. Will definitely be using again for any future projects.

Crystal Sigma are a throughly professional and 'can do' HVAC company. They are knowledgable, friendly and make dealing with them seamless. I could not recommend them as an installer highly enough.

Be careful, not as nice as they seem.

Carried out air con service & signed the document. Then received another invoice as the engineer claimed to have been at the job for 1hr 30 mins! Was 45 mins. Dishonest & embarrassing.

I found Crystal Sigma on Google, I called them as our air condition system stopped working, the person spoke to on the phone was really helpful, knew accurately what he was talking about and he sent an engineer the next day and fixed the fault in 2 hours, extremely pleased with the service and price point. Highly recommend Crystal Sigma to anyone.

Crystal Sigma are fantastic, we have been using them for the last 3 years for our office air conditioning. They are always promt servicing our unit and helpful with advice on using the unit to be most energy efficient.

I called on a Sunday and was instructed by the voicemail that, due to the holiday weekend, they were closed until Monday, but I should email my request. Much to my surprise, *crystal sigma* admin got back to me quickly asking for my phone number. Mid-afternoon Sunday, I got a call from crystal sigma about scheduling an appointment. When I asked for *as soon as possible* he said that he could come install my window AC on Monday evening at 9:00. He was running a little late (traffic coming from another appointment) but called before 8:30 to let me know. When he arrived at 9:30, he installed the AC in under 30 minutes. AC installer Team was nice, friendly, and very efficient. He showed me how to work the unit, explained all the settings, and was on his way. My AC was easy to install. *All in all, a great experience.*
