Very professional and affordable, a great job done

Jason’s quotation was considerably lower than several others we received. The new Worcester Bosch combo boiler was delivered early morning and the two fitters arrived shortly afterwards. They completed the installation in around 6 hours and left everything tidy. We are pleased with the price & service from Videtta and hopefully we’ll have lower gas bills.

Installation was done on the days booked, without any delays. Installers were very pleasant and polite. Work was done efficiently with minimum disruption to us even though it was necessary to turn off both water and gas for a while. At all times the installers explained what was happening, and a rough timing for any disruption. Positioning of pipework etc was discussed with me before it was installed. On completion I was talked through the operation of equipment and the installer ensured I understood how it worked. Everywhere was cleaned up after the work and was left as it was before the work started. Very pleased both with the work done and the way it was done.

From start to finish it's been a pleasure to deal with the company. The installation team we had were Tom and Ben who were a couple of delightful young lads. Professional, clean and tidy, very friendly. Very good price and job completed satisfactorily. Very pleased.

Jordon, Tom and Matt recently installed air conditioning units. One of which is in my bedroom. They were very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and considerate. They covered the floor with a carpet protector while they worked. Afterwards, they vacuumed, cleaned up and took all the rubbish away. Overall, very good experience and a 5 star service.

I have just recently had a new Worcester boiler installed by Videtta Heating. Videtta installed a combi boiler for us and helped relocate it from the garage to the airing cupboard. I was put in touch with Jordan and the team via Worcester Bosch, and first impressions were good. The team were polite during the installation days and got on with the work while my partner and I carried on with ours. I'm not technical, so I can't comment on the installation itself, but the boiler works fine. My disappointment is with how things were left afterwards: handprints on the white wall (not near the boiler), marks on the carpet, debris that wasn't cleared despite being told it would be, and some pipe caps left loose or not closed at all. I'd mentioned to Jordan beforehand that we'd just had the carpet fitted, which is why we opted to run the copper piping outside the house. We'd have covered the floor properly if we'd been warned in advance, but we weren't. I've since tried to get Jordan and the team back out to review and fix at least some of these issues — twice I was given a date and / or time, and twice no one showed up or let me know they weren't coming. **Update: Following this review, the team have actually been very good. They came and took away the debris, re-clipped the clips and removed the marks from the walls. For the carpet, they had more difficulty, but Jordan has paid for us to get a professional cleaner out. Thank you!**

Reached out to Jordan for quote and installation of replacement boiler after being tossed from one side to the other by my boiler maintenance and repair team. Jordan responded with a home survey to validate my selection of the Worcester Bosch boiler, made s couple of recommendations and in turn indicated how quickly he could do the work. Work was undertaken at the start of winter and commissioned within 1 day. This after having waited more than 4 weeks for previous boiler insurance company to confirm that they could not resolve the issue for at least another 3 weeks. I Recently had a Worcester combination boiler fitted as a replacement for a Worcester GreenStar heat only boiler. Jordan, who assessed the job, was very knowledgeable and informed me exactly how the job would pan out. The two engineers who actually carried out the work, Dan and Tom, were fantastic. It was not an easy job. They came early in the morning and worked straight through until late afternoon. They too were knowledgeable and kept me informed of the different stages. They were polite and at one stage, helped me to move items from my airing cupboard. Before they left, they explained the basics of operating the boiler. I did have to ring Videtta after a few days as there was a small problem with leakage from one of the pipes in the airing cupboard. Dan came out and repaired the split pipe. I really appreciated this after care service. I am happy to recommend Videtta to friends and family.

Got a few quotes for a new boiler when our old one gave up. Jordan was one that came out and we talked about the new boiler and perhaps changing the cylinder to an unvented system. I was a bit nervous as this seemed like a big job but his guys came in and two days later the whole system was in and working perfectly, best thing we did. Videtta were reliable and their quote was very good, all in all I would recommend talking to them if you are considering any work.

I am very disappointed with the service I received from Videtta. Jordan quoted me for service and fix boiler/ replace towel rails valves/ toilet cistern/ shower head and change 4 radiators to cast iron ones. James was sent to do the job, he is polite and tidy but turn up with wrong valves and wrong tools. The shower head came with its own arm but he stuck it on the old arm causing water spraying out everywhere. One of the valve are leaking. They then want me to pay for their day's work which I did and they wanted to revise the price for changing radiators which I agreed to. They promised to come back but since have ignored my calls/ emails/ text messages. They are not honest trader. And my boiler still dropping pressure.

Had a boiler service followed by a further visit to replace kitchen mixer tap and various minor works (new isolators etc). Very pleased. James texted me an hour or so before arrival and I was able to request the work and get it booked painlessly with Jordan on Whatsapp. Glad to have found a company who are responsive and do good work at a fair price.

A Boiler service was required. I thought I'd be waiting a week or two, but I was offered a convenient appointment within 2 days. My Boiler is not that efficient and I'm trying to extend its life. James came out to do an annual boiler service. During his visit he identified a potentially serious problem with my gas hob. As a result, I sourced and bought a new hob which James came back out to fit. Unfortunately, the connections for the new hob differed to the old hob meaning it wouldn’t fit back correctly. James & Jordan came up with a solution and sourced new connections which James came back again to fit. It wasn’t the most straight forward of jobs but James persevered and as such, all is now fitted and safe. James performed many safety checks before leaving. The new gas safety certificates were issued promptly. Had it not been for James being so thorough during the routine boiler service, the gas hob could’ve been missed resulting in deadly consequences. James & Jordan communicated throughout and were always responsive. Previously, I had a service contract with British Gas for years but I have to say that Videtta, a local, independent company provide a far better and caring service.

Worcester Bosh 8000 Combi installed in airing cupboard using existing internal gas supply with a Hive thermostat control. 3 new radiators, 4 new control valves and a replacement shower fitted all in a great price. The engineers worked very hard and got our water supply up and running by the end of day 2. Day 3 am saw the completion of install. We are extremely happy with the whole experience with Videtta Heating & Plumbing, from the price point, installation, removal of all old boiler pipework, flue and any other debris. Almost no damage with fitting of new shower and towel radiator saved a redecoration too. We would and have already recommended Jordan and his team and we definitely use them again.

I had a combi boiler fitted by this company. I can not recommend them more. They did an amazing job. I was worried as I didn’t already have a combi boiler and the boiler I had was well over 10 years old possibly 20 with old pipe work. I was worried that I would have to have pipes on show going around my kitchen. But no need to worry they did an amazing job. They hid every pipe. They moved all my old pipe work and old water tank. They cleaned up afterwards. Then they explained how the new boiler worked. If you need a new boiler. Then you can not go wrong using this company. It’s not often I will leave a review but they did such a good job that they definitely deserve one.

My Review on Videtta Plumbing and heating Ltd Leighton Buzzard. First of all I have worked within the building trade myself for a number of years and have come across many Plumbers in that time. Unfortunately the plumber I used for many years retired but well deserved. My best advice to anyone is to always get 3 quotes. I got 2 Quotes from the big online companies and one presented better than the other and then I got a quote from an Independent affiliated with Worcester Bosch to get a new boiler fitted. I have to say the way Worcester Bosch dealt with my enquiry was the way it should always be. I was contacted directly by Jordan from JV Plumbing and heating Ltd within just a few hours. I felt more at ease seeing someone face to face for the quotation than doing it online which proved to be the right choice. I can honesty say that Jordan was so very polite and took his time to explain what he had to do. He did not apply any pressure and was a real breath of fresh air. Nevertheless I contacted him a few days after the quote and nothing was too much trouble. I even asked if we could add on a small little job while he was here and all is asked for was for me to send some pictures, he said it shouldn’t be a problem and it wasn’t. He arrived on time and he just got on with it and I could see he knew what he was doing and took pride in his work and so very tidy too. He finished the job in a timely fashion but without rushing and cleaned and tidied up after himself and also did the other little job whilst he was here. I could not have asked for more and couldn’t recommend him enough and he also very local which is a bonus. The thing surprised me the most is that he has some old values which is rare these days but it was nice to see and the whole experience was pleasant. I would highly recommend Jordan to anyone.

Obtained the company name from check a trader and rang direct not wanting to sign in and register with check a trader. Told him my problem was no hot water, we aranged a date for the repair. Had a new boiler fitted today by a lovely engineer named Mass, who explained everything really well as he went along, worked fast and offered options on the aesthetics of the pipes. Relocate boiler upstairs. On time, clean, polite, enthusiastic and smartly turned out. Due to a complicated flu route through the roof, we were impressed to see Bass employ the service of a roofer who turned up within the hour. This enabled the job to be completed on time on the day, without impeding on our hot water supply. All pipes were routed under 70mm height as requested (for insulation boards later), so thanks guys for a super service and price. Thoroughly professional outfit that I will now call for all our heating needs going forwards.

Had a new Worcester Bosche 4000 Boiler installed, the two chaps that installed it were very polite, nothing was too much bother. One even had to drive 30-45 miles away to two suppliers to get some parts needed for the flue, which was not identified on the survey I sent in. Wham bam thank you mam Great to start but when there were problems communication with this company was shocking to say the least 1st thermostat not working 2nd having already payed for the thermostat I then had to purchase a new one and pay again for it to be fitted 3rd no money back for the broken thermostat 4th Comunicación shocking phoned /emailed/text. Nothing in response 5th having removed the tap in my bathroom which they broke and refused to replace even after I asked for there insurance details still waiting. 5 weeks ago 6th always check out anyone that is doing work on your property and use google not their own website reviews as I’ve already posted this similar message on there site and for some reason it doesn’t appear. Fancy that.

Had a new boiler installed, found the company very professional, punctual, polite, and did exactly what they said they would. Would highly recommend.

Be warned - do not use Videtta. In October 2022 they installed a new boiler for us which, it transpired, they were not suitably qualified to do. In an attempt to cover this up, they got a different plumber to sign-off their work hoping we wouldn’t notice. This is illegal. Gas Safe insisted on carrying out an inspection and found the work to be unsafe and not up to regulation. As a result we’ve had to have significant remedial works done - it took three engineers an entire day to make everything safe. Jordan and Mas were pleasant and their work was very tidy. But they’re dishonest and their practices are downright dangerous. If you’ve had work done by Videtta in the past, I’d recommend checking-over your paperwork, especially your Gas Safe Certificate, and consider having someone confirm that their work is safe.

Was recommended to Videtta after looking at several companies, can honestly say, nothing short of brilliant service. Charlie performed a replacement of our boiler with great care and saw through the hive reintegration perfectly. Very professional and courteous. Turned up on time and good communication. Bad points left pipe work leaking, did come back and resolve after chasing. However, flooring was already damaged and had to be replaced. Also ran condensate pipe across appliance socket, meaning socket had to be moved to be accessible (see photo)

Complete removal of our old oil fired boiler and the core central heating components that went with that - pump, thermostat, pressure tanks, water tanks, immersion heater, radiators etc (just about leaving only the microbore piping to the radiators in place). Replaced with a new connection to recently installed gas meter, a Worcester Bosch condensing boiler system, Hive control system, new rads and new full sized piping where it could be installed. The fitting team were industrious and really moved through the work required and managed to complete all the fit out in three days. Really good work and good value compared with a well known national, well pleased with Videtta Heating.

We used Videtta Heating to manage a new combi boiler installation, replacing a gas fire and back boiler and relocating into our loft space. Excellent job done professsionally and neatly to replace very old boiler

Jordan was brilliant. He quickly identified my heating problem just from a photo. He got hold of the needed part very quickly and managed to see me quickly despite being very busy. He completed the work quickly and got my heating back up and running. He also answered a lot of questions I had about how the system worked. Great value for money too, I'll use him next time I need work done.

Fantastic work by Videtta! Definitely recommended. Found them via a recommendation by a friend and wont use anyone else now. Removed old water tanks and boiler, fitted a new boiler, loads of radiators and installed a Hive system all within 2 days. Left us some storage heaters overnight, very thoughtful. Pipework is lovely and looks very professional. Having them back soon hopefully to run some pipes to a range and a shower, looking forward to seeing them again!

Needed to replace a large radiator with a small one. Jordan was able to remove the radiator one week, then let me decorate the room before coming back to change the pipework and fit the new radiator the following week. Very impressed, the work standard was second to none. The only issue we had was that we were left with the cardboard from the new boiler and the plastic water tank from the loft, that we had to take to the tip and wait for three quarters of an hour in the Que and was charged £12, as it was classed as building materials, BUT please don’t take this as a gripe, in the current times we are in I can understand it. All I am saying is maybe, be prepared for something left over. As I was saying we were so impressed with the work that we are going to ask for a quote on a new shower unit to be put in. So, in answer to anyone’s question, would I recommend, the answer is yes.

They went out of their way to make sure that all work was done with the greatest of care, ensuring that our antiquated system was fully removed and refreshed with new piping and equipment, in an extremely competent, economic and professional manner.
