Love the new aircon machines, something I’ve thought about doing for a while. Mitch quote was very reasonable and cheaper than other companies by 40%. Very tidy and it all looks amazing.

Mitch and his team of engineers, most notably Lee, were excellent from start to finish. Mitch went above and beyond throughout the entire purchase and installation process having never looked into air con for a residential property in England. Mitch was available to answer any questions and was extremely prompt with his replies. He even went out of his way to ensure my WiFi set up was working correctly and came back to sync to my phone. These guys are amazing I can’t believe these young men had so much knowledge about air con and were so professional and had great acumen in their field. They came out & installed 4 units in my house 3 -3.5kw and 1 7kw. They had professional electricians come out and install armored cable with a fuse box for the 7kw unit and it was neatly & tidily done along with installing the 3 smaller units perfectly. They even serviced two of my old air con units. They had all the modern tools for heat testing and electrical wires in the wall testers. They cleaned up each day of the three days they were here every time and even took their shoes off while in the house. Their price was incredibly competitive even tho I researched and called out three other installations teams. Mitch was absolutely amazing I can’t praise these guys enough, well raised lads who have manners and politeness at heart and center.

Great experience from quote to installation. We were kept updated throughout the process. The installation guys were lovely, explained what they were doing and how long it would take. Also managed to work around a fake chimney we have. All done within timescales promised and the guys tidied up after themselves! Would 100% recommend.

I contacted 2 cool Ac services after i was let down by another company. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Very knowledgeable about the product and gave great advice. On the day of the install Mitch arrived on time and started straight away. On the day 4 lads came to the house. They were all polite. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 2 cool Ac services. A huge thank you Mitch and his assistant for sorting out our heating problem. The heat pump system that was fitted in our new build house was insufficient, making the house cold. Mitchell and his team installed a 7kw air con unit at the property. Room was not heating up during winter and was too hot in summer after we had an extension with roof lights and bifold doors.
