Air Conditioning & Smart Energy Solutions Ltd

Excellent service including discussions at the weekend about where to install AC. Great workmen, efficient and tidy, AC works well.

Oliver and his team did a fantastic job. Everything was thought out very well and they did a very tidy installation. I have no qualms in recommending them wholeheartedly

The two installers were very good at their jobs, they worked extremely hard, both of them were very polite couldn't them at all would definitely recommend Air Conditioning &,Smart Energy Solutions.

From start to finish, the whole process was spot on. Oliver was great during the initial house survey, talking us through the options and making sure everything was covered. Melissa and the office team were always quick to come back to us, and the quote and booking process was really straightforward. The installation itself was carried out quickly and efficiently, and we're really pleased with the finished result. The only thing I'd jokingly say is the outside trunking and drain pipe might not win any awards for being perfectly straight—but that's being picky, and everything works exactly as it should! Overall, a brilliant service from everyone involved. We'd happily recommend them to anyone looking to have air conditioning installed.

Great service - efficient, helpful, professional and tidy. I would thoroughly recommend the team.

Absolutely amazing professional service from this company. The installation was done to great standards. Would recommend them to anyone.

From the beginning the company were professional and efficient. The quote was competitive and the installation date was quickly arranged. We had Piotr to install our system and we were very impressed with him. He was very clean and conscientious as well as being personable, friendly and open. We are very satisfied and would recommend the company to others.

So responsive and easy to deal with. Made the process simple and good value. Would recommend.

First class installation this week on the hottest day of the year, being a bungalow, loft work was involved and so hot up there, so thank you guys for still installing and its bliss , works great 10/10

Amazing service and efficiency by the team at a competitive price. If you need air con installing, this is the company to use.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The installation was carried out exactly as promised, and the two fitters couldn’t have been more pleasant. They even helped remove my old air‑con unit and took it downstairs, and kindly moved two heavy bags of compost to the back garden for me. Everything was completed to an excellent standard — neat, tidy, and very efficient. I would highly recommend them.

Very professional and knowledgeable people.

As usual, great service from the Air Conditioning & Smart Energy Solutions team. Simple booking procedure for my annual AC servicing and polite and efficient execution by Josh

Extremely Professional and experienced Team. Work was carried out in quick time, and the property was left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation. Thank you.

Service of my air conditioning unit was arranged hassle free. Excellent communication and would recommend this company.

A great job from Air Conditioning & Smart Energy Solutions. Oliver provides a very professional service, very prompt and tidy. Lots of useful guidance and advice, very helpful. Would highly recommend, we were very satisfied with Oliver’s work and the overall result.

Our air con system was installed this week and we are really happy with their work. Everything was really smooth from initial quote to installation. All really quick and very good company. Highly recommend Air Conditioning & Smart Energy Solutions.

Had my annual service done today, the young man was very polite and efficient. He explained that the units are in great condition, the service was carried out really quickly and he left no mess behind.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff who figured out how a/c could work in a tricky conversion. Worked carefully but still did everything to get the job finished on time.

Excellent installation, product and all-round service. Highly commended.

Oliver and his team originally installed the air conditioning in our home, and from start to finish they were punctual, hardworking, and left everything tidy. The system was competitively priced, and communication throughout the installation was clear and straightforward. I want to express my sincere appreciation to Oliver, who visited the property again today and truly went above and beyond. An electrical fault—completely unrelated to the installation—was causing the RCD to trip whenever the system was switched on. Oliver thoroughly tested the circuit and quickly identified that the issue lay within the existing household electrics, not with any of the work he or his team had carried out. Despite this, Oliver took the time to remove socket covers, test each point, and methodically work through the problem until he eventually discovered that a faulty fridge was the cause of the RCD tripping. This was absolutely not his responsibility to diagnose, yet he was determined to ensure everything was working exactly as it should. A huge thank you once again for the exceptional service. Oliver’s dedication and professionalism are outstanding, and I would highly recommend him and the company to anyone considering having work done

Excellent service. Oliver and team did a fantastic job during my loft conversion. my initial visit covered a lot more information than any other supplier, making me aware of the best system for my budget, pricing reviews of various suppliers, and carefully planning installation minimising pipe work. The team then worked around the schedule of my build to get the best possible result, and completed my installation to a very high standard with neat and tidy pipe work, excellent cable management and a great result. Highly recommended.

I recently had a Fujitsu multi-split system installed by Oliver and his team. What really stood out to me was the exceptional communication and the honest advice provided throughout the process. It’s rare to find a company that is so responsive to technical questions and willing to engage in a genuine dialogue about the installation details. Oliver was transparent about everything from the unit specifications to the final setup, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the work. They are clearly professionals who care about customer satisfaction and don't just 'fit and forget.' If you’re looking for a reliable, communicative team that provides honest, expert guidance, I highly recommend them.

I recently had air conditioning units serviced by Air Conditioning & Smart Energy Solutions Ltd. The team was professional, efficient, and highly knowledgeable. They provided valuable advice and ensured everything was completed to a high standard. I would recommend!

Great service and fitting. We look forward to using the Air Con units.

From having Oliver visit to provide us with a quote to the end of installation I cannot fault the team. Air conditioning unit installed and good explanation on the use etc. the team were prompt, polite and tidied up well. Price very reasonable! Can highly recommend and we would definitely use again if we decide to get another unit. This was for a home unit.

Brilliant. We knew absolutely nothing about Aircon, what could or couldn't be done or cost. I rang and spoke with a very helpful lady and she arranged for Oliver to visit. He immediately came across as knowledgeable and told us exactly what we needed as well as what we didnt. Install was silky smooth, everything running without any hitches. 100% recommend this excellent company and their staff.

I recently had air conditioning installed by Air Conditioning & Smart Energy Solutions Ltd. Impressed with the friendly team, they were professional, efficient, and highly knowledgeable. Oliver clearly explained my options available. Quote issued which was competitive and installation was swift and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Oliver was very professional and tidy.

Very helpful and informative in the lead up to instructing them to do the work. The installation was just great, very very clean and tidy. Zero anxiety.

We had a great experience with Oliver and his team. Our project had some specific requirements about the maximum size of the indoor unit we could have, based on clearance of a nearby door and wanted a multi-split unit so we could have one outdoor unit rather than multiple. Due to how much sun our extension gets and a lot of glass, any air con system needed decent capacity and the limited size of unit that would fit would definitely have an impact on the temperature and cool it, but not make it completely ice cold on a very hot day. Oliver gave a good and realistic assessment of the cooling requirement of the space and was realistic about what level of cooling we could expect on a hot day (with the limitations we had given based on where we wanted the unit to be). We had two other companies come to quote who said it would be more than enough to keep the space completely ice cold with the same size or even smaller a unit. Having been through a pretty hot summer, Oliver was absolutely right with his explaination of what to expect and we'd have been completely mislead by the other companies if we'd have used them. The system Oliver installed works well, was installed well and they were clean, tidy and considerate on site. I'd definitely recommend Oliver to anyone looking for a good, reliable air con installation and would definitely have him back if we need any further work.

We've used ACS a few times now. They're quick to respond both on site and with any email enquiries. They offer a friendly and competitively priced service overall. Would definitely recommend on both a residential and commercial basis.

Had my shop air con installed over a year ago—excellent customer service throughout. Just had the maintenance done and the staff were professional and efficient. Highly recommend.

We are very impressed with the team, from fast and friendly response to our initial enquiry through to efficient installation. They arrived on time and worked solidly for two days to fit our 5 units with 2 external heat exchangers. Throughout they were respectful of property, worked tidily and cleaned up after. There was no need for any making good of walls. We are very happy!

From start to finish, Oliver's service was fab. He is very knowledgeable about the units that can be supplied. All installed within a week of my first call. He was very professional, pleasant and hardworking. He cleared all the dirt away as he worked and the unit is just perfect. I have already spread the name of this company among my family and friends. Would not hesitate in recommending.

Oliver installed 3 units for us last summer. He completed the work in one day and was very tidy when doing so. He came in advance to discuss our needs and give us a proposal. From the proposal to installation was very quick. His team are fantastic and answered our questions about what would work best in our space. They then organised an annual service for us which took 1 hour. Highly recommend!

Great experience with Oliver and his team, who are very professional. Yef , who carried out our installation, is very good at what he does. I would recommend

We recently had air conditioning installed by Air Conditioning & Smart Energy Solutions Ltd. The team was professional, efficient, and highly knowledgeable. Oliver clearly explained the options available, gave valuable advice and provided us with a competitive quotation. Supply and installation was arranged within two weeks of ordering. Jev, our installer, completed the installation in a professional and friendly manner. He was very tidy and ensured everything was clean and met our satisfaction upon completion. We would throughly recommend Oliver and his team if you are considering air conditioning. A well deserved 5 star rating.

Great service easy to contact quick response.

Found this service through a quick google search. Decided to phone and Oliver came same day to do a survey around what we were looking for and gave us a comprehensive/detailed quote at the end of the day. It took only one week between the decision to go forward and the installation date. We got 3 inside/outside units installed and the tidiness, professionalism and care to meet all our standards was outstanding. Would recommend the service to everyone interested in air con to get their home cooler.

Oliver and team were superb. Oliver is an excellent person to guide you through the process of learning and deciding on the products you need. Oliver surveyed, advised, procured and installed our Fujitsu air to air heat pump in 21/11/23 in our garden room which is our living room. On cold grey wet winter days we are now cosy and warm! It’s good to know we will be air conditioned in the summer!

New AC unit installed in office - very prompt and professional service and reasonably priced as well. We did have a problem but they came back teh following day first thing and sorted it out - I would recommend

Excellent service... Had 4x A/C units fitted to our showroom and it's perfect. Oliver went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction. Highly recommend...

AC&SES Ltd gave me a quote after a pre-arranged home visit, totally pleasant experience (especially as we had a young puppy). Once measurements, validations were checked we awaited a quotation. We agreed price/terms etc and all was good. Fortunately for us, the team had a cancellation (and quicker than normal delivery) and was able to get our install sorted in super quick time. The whole time the team were onsite they were polite, explaining all the various elements they were working, times it would take etc. There was an issue with a breaker for our consumer unit, but it was solely down to our consumer unit being 'dated' and the breakers being hard to get hold of, but the team got a replacement breaker and were all up and running. Super communicative, super respectful of the home (and dog, who was being a pain). Would heartily recommend. 5/5

Great knowledge and advice for our new aircon unit. Installation looks great.

Probably one of the best sub contractors iv had in my home to date was on time, proffesional and nothing was too much trouble.
