Prima Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Limited

We recently had a 4-unit multi-split air conditioning system installed by Prima and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the initial consultation through to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took great care to keep our home clean and tidy throughout the process. The quality of the installation is outstanding, and the Aircon is performing perfectly. The engineers took the time to explain how everything works and made sure we were completely comfortable using it before they left, nothing was to much trouble throughout the whole job. It's rare to find a company that combines excellent workmanship with such friendly and reliable customer service. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Prima to anyone looking for a high-quality air conditioning installation. Thank you so much!
