Great service from start to finish. The air conditioning was installed professionally, everything was left clean and tidy, and the system works perfectly. Highly recommended.

We hired agg Kent to upgrade our large family home with high pressure hot water and new plant room. We are now able to enjoy our house to its full potential and will be looking to have them back to fit air conditioning throughout. I ordered air con from a big company called Glow Green. Their customer service is awful and the engineer did not come after I had a cleaner and carer ready for their aftermath. After what seemed forever they agreed to send someone out, bless them. Josh and Charlie of AGG Kent arrived and restored my faith in mankind, air conditioning and air conditioning engineers. They were amazing. Given very little info from Glow Green they set about what they had to do. They consulted me every step of the way when an issue appeared and asked what I wanted to do. They seamlessly installed the air con, left zero piping or wires visible, and cleaned up and moved everything back for me. I am in a wheelchair and Glow Green knew that. I asked Glow Green to commend these engineers for their special service, above and beyond. They didn't. No one does because we are quick to complain and slow to praise. If you want your home cold in the sunshine, and if you want it warm in the snow, kick those fat suits right between the legs, because AGG Kent is the place to go. Thanks lads.

Had an air conditioning system installed at our home and the team were extremely professional throughout. They offered excellent advice on the optimal placement of the units and used their expertise to ensure the trunking was installed neatly and discreetly. We’re very happy with the result and would not hesitate to use them again or highly recommend them to others.

Great lads, they came to assist me twice within the last couple of weeks for issues I was having with my boiler & heating. Both times they went above and beyond and stayed that extra hour just to make sure everything was working as it should. Even came same day when I requested them to look at the boiler.

Outstanding service. Josh arrived promptly and serviced our heat source system, both inside and outside units were cleaned and checked, all necessary upgrades and adjustments were made to the control system and he offered excellent advice regarding setting of various protocols and timers. Josh and Connor did an excellent job installing three air conditioning units at my property. Josh is fantastic. We had problems with our boiler, which he fixed and additionally discovered and resolved a leak that was causing further issues. He was very responsive, reliable and turn around time from initial enquiry to resolution was brilliant, and would certainly recommend. Any future issues I have, I will be using Josh.

Professional service Josh went above and beyond meant every expectation I had of a good plumber. He was on time and polite and explained everything such in detail took the stress away from my situation 5 stars.

Josh, Charlie and Leigh are absolutely brilliant. I've had these chaps do a number of jobs for us, including replacing pipe work in a new kitchen, and chasing pipes into a wall. Also had Josh and the team install new radiators throughout the house and the work was done to a very high standard. Most recently we even had Josh come out at very short notice one evening to fix a leaking pipe behind a wall, and subsequently prevent a lot of damage from being caused as a result. Loads of attention to detail, extremely courteous and very professional. Cannot fault their work at all and it's clear they take great pride in what they do. Would recommend completely to anyone that needs an honest and hardworking team of plumbers.

Charlie and Joshua's team is one of the most dependable ones we have come across. They are thoroughly professional and would give you the best advice when it comes to plumbing or boiler related services.
