ARC CLIMATE SOLUTIONS LTD

Excellent advise and time taken to explain various systems

From the moment Adam came round to quote, I knew he was who we would go with. He is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and we had full confidence in him. We thought it would be a tricky install due to the layout of our house and not wanting anything going around the outside. But his recommendation for install avoided this and we had not even considered this option. He worked on the hottest day we have had, without a word of complaint, to which I feel very guilty, but also selfishly very grateful he did. I can not imagine not having AC now! We are surprised how much AC has changed in a few years, it is silent!! I could not be happier, and would not hesitate to use him again. He will also leave your home (inside and out) cleaner than he found it!!! Thank you so much Adam!!! You are a genuine master of the profession.

Quick and responsive to messages. Understood our requirements and worked well with us from the start. Installation was smooth and ahead of schedule. Clean and tidy throughout. Very pleased with the product and solution we had installed.

No hesitation in recommending Adam. Always on time, really neat and AC is working perfectly. Really grateful for his hard work to get it done around our working hours.

Had my air conditioning fitted in my bedroom this week. What an absolute dream! Aside from the quality of the product I have to say the whole process with Adam, from initial contact to survey to then installation was seamless. Adam not only knows if stuff but is a genuinely nice guy and very good at his trade. A huge recommend from me!

We knew we wanted air conditioning in three rooms and had done quite a lot of research into the options. When Adam came to our house to give us a quotation he took the time to fully answer all our questions so that we could finalise what we wanted and he came up with a proposal which would be practical for maintenance and also neat. It was clear that he wanted to do a first class job. His price was competitive and we felt that he would do a neat and quality installation. This proved to be correct and the layout and workmanship of his installation have been excellent. At commissioning he set up the remote controls and the mobile app and took his time to explain how the system operated. He is very well organised and is a clean and tidy worker who was punctual, friendly and very pleasant to have around our home. We have no hesitation in recommending him.

Can’t recommend ARC (Adam) enough! On time, great quality of work, friendly, great advice, very professional. We are very happy with our multi split system.

We had a great experience with ARC Climate Solutions. Adam was friendly, professional and clearly very knowledgeable. He gave us a good quote for the work required, then during the installation he worked quicky and efficiently throughout, making zero mess and being very considerate of our baby nap times! The new system is outstanding, and we would use ARC Climate Solutions again without a moment's hesitation.

Adam at ARC Climate Solutions fitted two AC units at my home, he was professional throughout, clean and tidy no mess anywhere, I would recommend ARC to everyone who needs any Air Conditioning work completed.

Adam came and explained our options based on our requirements and provided a detailed quote very quickly. Having accepted the quote we arranged a date for the work and Adam arrived promptly. He installed both the inside and outside units and explained how to use the remote and what was available online. Adam was very efficient clearing everything up, hoovering as he went. He was delightful and we would not hesitate to either recommend him or use him again.

Adam was very professional . He was also knowledgeable, efficient, clean and tidy. And we would recommend him to anybody who requires an air conditioning system being installed.

Adam visited at a weekend to advise and price-up an Air Conditioning unit for my home gym. He was great at communicating, advised on the best system for the space and booked in to complete the work the following week. I was impressed from start to finish with his professionalism, advice, honesty and patience with me asking questions. Adam came as a recommendation from someone who did some electrics on our house and I'm so glad he did because the service has been outstanding! Highly recommend!! The unit itself is sleek, silent and doing the job-heating and cooling my training space. We're now considering a similar unit for inside our house!

We recently had air conditioning installed by Adam at ARC and we can absolutely 100% recommend his company. The whole process, from the initial consultation through to installation, was excellent. Communication was superb throughout and everything was done on time (or quicker) with obvious expertise and care. It’s too cold outside to fully test the effectiveness of the air conditioning at present but the added heating benefit was certainly appreciated this morning when temperatures were low. Great company, highly recommended!

Only had a single unit, but the service and obvious experience were 1st class. Would absolutely reccomend this company.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Adam was professional, friendly, and really took the time to explain everything clearly. The air conditioning unit works brilliantly and will make such a difference — great quality and excellent value for money. I’d highly recommend Adam and his company without hesitation.

Had 2 air con units fitted at a competitive price to other quotes. Cannot fault the experience. Adam is an expert and works with you the whole time to ensure the end result is perfect. Can recommend Adam 100%- plus he leaves the area clean and tidy. Thank you!!!

Adam was simply fantastic from start to finish. He came highly recommended from a colleague who works in the building trade (so highly recommended) the quote was fantastic, interaction was brilliant and the product works a dream. We have had our Heat pump serviced as well as Air conditioning fitted. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

Recommended Great experience with Adam all around. We wanted to install an AC unit in our convservatory, Adam was precise and very clear explaining our options. Once decided the whole process was very quick and Adam did a great. clean job. We enjoyed a fresh summer and wouldn't hesitate to call Adam again in the future if needed.

Adam completed two internal and two external units in one day, he pushed on all day without taking a break as the weather the next day was due to rain heavy. Fab service and he will be back when we need a service. Highly recommend thank you

I had ARC Climate Solutions install AC in August. Everything about the installation was immaculate and Adam was brilliant. Very happy to recommend them.

Adam is friendly professional and knowledgeable, i found the communication great, done within a great timescale, no mess and very tidy working. So grateful for the difference you have made to our business. Thank you Adam!

I would definitely recommend Adam,he is an excellent worker.Very tidy and explains everything, and answers any questions you might have.Don’t go anywhere else, use Adam.

I can't fault it. Adam was courteous, thoughtful and did a superb job, explaining everything as he went along. Use them.

What a game changer! Such a great choice. Incase you were worrying that his business is new...do not worry! he has so much experience in the industry. Very helpful, straightforward and honest. Also, compared to 3 other companies- very well priced! He is helpful, upfront and works really hard. The summers are only getting hotter and we live in a new build house, which retains heat. Our youngest child (less than 2yrs) was struggling as his room would still be 25⁰c at night. The systems were fitted quickly, with consideration and no mess. My children now sleep well. We had 2 upstairs rooms fitted that actually cool the whole upstairs and are so quiet. 100% would recommend!

Adam is a pleasure to work with, he is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and detailed. The ac system he recommended and installed works amazingly , is super quiet and really efficient. The installation was great, very neatly done no mess was left plus Adam was always happy to answer any questions we had and respond to any requests. There was no redecorating required internally and external all the pipework is covered and piping is perfectly level and looks great - excellent attention to detail which comes with his experience and his genuine nature. I would highly recommend Adam and ARC to anyone and have done so to my friends and colleagues.

Excellent service perfect time and quality of work superb !

Adam was very responsive with communications, quote etc. Work carried out exactly as described to a fantastic standard, clean and tidy. Even upgraded the system to a better one (no extra cost to me) as the proposed item was out of stock. Recommended. EDIT: it's 33C outside today and can barely hear the AC system fan running in my garden work room ;) . Its soooooooo good!

Adam was supper friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to give us a reasonable price for our 3 large rooms and the quote matched the price we paid. Adam is affiliated with several professional bodies and by checking these it helped us to do our due diligence. We are a small Preschool and the difference this has made to the children's experiences with us has been amazing. Thank you Adam and may you have continued success!

Adam recently installed an air conditioning unit at our shop and we couldn’t be happier. The service was fast reliable and efficient would 100% recommend!

Had a great experience with Adam. A competitive cost for a great product. Adam turned up exactly when he said he would and finished the job to a high standard. Not only that but he left the areas he was working in cleaner than when he started. Can’t recommend him and his work enough

Adam recently installed an air source heat system at our property. It was a pleasure to have Adam at our house and he was very helpful answering our questions and keeping us informed throughout the entire process. He is professional, knowledgeable and his work was exemplary. We are absolutely delighted with our new heating system.

Adam's work is of a very high standard. He handled the process from home visit to post install checks with calmness and professionalism. He responded to enquiries promptly . A good addition to the ASHP installer universe in East Anglia.

I had two air conditioning units fitted in my three storey home as the top floor becomes unbearably hot in summer. Adam was able to come round almost immediately (as he's local to my area) and advise on placement, types of unit etc. He was very quick to send a clear, detailed and competitive quote offering a range of units with excellent performance as I'd requested. Adam's manner is informative but approachable and friendly and he was quick to reply when I had questions about the makes and models i was choosing. The units were able to be fitted within a fortnight and Adam worked his socks off to ensure everything was completed to a high standard, tested and thoroughly demonstrated. He was a very polite and pleasant person to have working in my home. Nothing was too much trouble for him, from ensuring I was happy with placement of piping, cabling and outdoor unit to fixing a broken socket and changing my leaky shower head while he was here! He even moved my awkward bin store back into its position and tidied up in and outside before he left. I'm very pleased with my AC units and rate Adam and his company very highly. 100% recommend.

If you’re looking for Air Conditioning, I highly recommend Adam at ARC Climate Solutions. We have had Air Conditioning installed in the two main bedrooms. We have been very impressed with the whole process from quote to the completion of the installation. Adam was always quick to respond and was very helpful answering all the questions that we had. Adam was reliable and extremely respectful of our property. Adam installed the equipment very neatly, no mess whatsoever during the installation. Adam gave a full handover of how the equipment worked and kindly helped to set up the WiFi features. We have no hesitation in using Adam and ARC Climate Solutions again in the future.

Wanted an Air Conditioning unit for my bedroom. Adam was very helpful and understanding. I had other quotes but I felt Adam was the most thorough and personable. Fitting was arranged very quickly, Adam arrived on site at the correct time and installed the unit with the minimum of disruption and any mess was cleared. Overall it was an excellent shopping experience, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Adam. I will definitely use ARC again if the situation arises.

Best air source heat pump technician/service engineer we have ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable about the product, extremely conscientious, polite, tidy and very quick to answer our emergency call and he arrived on time! Adam kept us up to date throughout the repair and made a follow up call the next day to make sure all was in working order. Highly recommend this company, if I could give more stars I would. Thank you and a job well done.

We know from past experience how difficult it is to get a knowledgable and reliable heat pump engineer. We cannot recommend Adam highly enough, he sorted out historic problems we had and installed a brand new system perfectly. Brilliant communication and time keeping. Thank You. L&J

I used ARC climate solutions to install an air conditioning system in my house and right from the start I received excellent service. Very quick and friendly communication, turned up on time and very knowledgeable. Provided with a very competitive price and the install was done on time and without any problems. Fully recommend using ARC for your air conditioning needs.

Definitely recommend. Was having a difficult time finding someone with availability to help fix my heating and hot water issue. Adam gave me some help to get some hot water over the telephone and then came out the following day giving me an eta beforehand. All fixed quickly he even went to get the part there and then. Really great service Thankyou!

Excellent and friendly service. Adam was extremely helpful, even placing pictures back on wall for me. Only had a single unit installed but will quite possibly have another installed in bedroom. Love it!

I highly recommend this business. Very professional from start to finish. Adams attention to detail shows in his work. We look forward to using our new air source heat pump system.

I have to say from the outset that I’ve been utterly impressed by Adam King and ARC Climate solutions Within 2 weeks of discussing a potential project of installing 2 air conditioning units, they were installed, commissioned and working within 2 days Adam is a great guy and extremely capable

Having had Adam (ARC Climate Solutions) fit air conditioning throughout our home, it was an obvious choice to have him service our 18kw Heliotherm ASHP. As always he turned up on time & done a wonderful job of servicing & cleaning our unit. He took time to explain some of the systems components to give me a better understanding of it & tips to help keep it running efficiency. Very polite, clean & tidy from start to finish & at a very competitive rate. 10/10

Adam fitted a water softener system under my kitchen sink. His work was very efficient and he explained clearly what he was doing and how it would work. He was very tidy and cleaned up as he went along. I would strongly recommend Adam for installing these systems.

We are over the moon with the finished result. It’s given so much more room on our landing and the extra water pressure on the hot tap is great! Would/have recommended Adam to anyone needing any work

Adam serviced our air conditioning and heat pumps and did a fantastic job. They were long overdue some TLC and are now working better than ever. He gave us lots of really useful advice on how to use them as efficiently as possibly, was incredibly neat and tidy and was realy good value for money. Couldn't recommend him enough!

Adam serviced two of our office ceiling units and a wall unit. He was extremely professional in his approach, knowledgeable, considerate and very tidy. Will be booking him back again next year.

ARC attended our hot water issue the same day as the enquiry and resolved quickly and effectively. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommended.

Adam and his team provided an outstanding service from start to finish! I am so pleased with the three units installed and have been amazed at how economical they are. I’d highly recommend ARC Climate Solutions 5 star service all round. Thank you Adam
