Fair Oak Air Conditioning Ltd

Absolutely fantastic and efficient service, from consultation right through to installation. As an eight month pregnant woman in the current heatwave, I had been so worried about the temperature in my home, worrying about how to keep the baby cool. FOAC were completely reassuring, and very informative. The products have made a huge difference to our daily life, and I am very impressed with how cost effective the energy use is day to day. For two wall mounted units, it was less than a day's work. I cannot fault the product, the service, nor any of the staff involved. Inside, the unit is barely noticeable, visually and audibly. I am very grateful and recommend this service highly. Thank you FOAC!

I am so very pleased with the air conditioning that Adam and his team installed. There was a malfunction in one of the outside units but Adam replaced it immediately with a new one. I can highly recommend this company for their efficient, professional and friendly manner when carrying out this installation.

Having had an issues with a past installation that was not completed by FOAC, I reached out for some help/assistance to correct the issue my system was having and to have the systems Gas topped up. Having found FOAC online and finding out that that are a Mitsubishi heavy industries specialist, I instantly selected this company due to location and that I have Mitsubishi heavy industries systems installed ! Made a call and got an appointment for an engineer to attend (3 days later). Making the initial cover payment was painful but simple once the correct information had been sent to allow for payment - this part of the process could most certainly be improved. FOAC attended site and did all the checks required before they could add the additional gas (checking for leaks or defective H/W etc), once this was completed, the top-up was completed and the system was left fully operational and cooling as it should ! Adam the engineer that attended site was extremely helpful, he advised what we would be doing and reasons behind it and asked if I had any questions (I had loads) and all of them got answered. I was so happy with the service provided, I just wish I had found FOAC before I had my install done with another company, as I would have hands down gone with this company, even more so with the extended warranty they offer, when taking out a service plan....... At the time of writing this review, I am still waiting for my service plan to be setup but I have no doubts this will be sorted by FOAC If you want AC and you want AC installed with the best H/W and servicing options, look no further than FOAC - I most certainly wont be Keep up the good work and I look forward to hearing from you P.S Sorry about the bad picture, it was all I managed to get during your visit and I wanted to upload some proof to add some legitimacy to my review - as unfortunately so many review these days are just fake !

Can highly recommend this company. Product delivered on time, two units fitted in one day. Installation team were polite, tidy and efficient. Operating instructions easy to navigate. We are delighted with the product. Would definitely recommend Adam and his team.

I wanted to write on here and say a huge thank you to Adam, and vouch for him as a person as he recently helped me and my two small children when my tyre blew on a busy 60mph road. He made sure I pulled over, let me use his phone to call for help as I had no signal and made sure someone was coming before he proceeded with his work. If you were waiting for him Saturday this is entirely my fault. He was a complete gentleman, a genuinely good person that restores your faith in humanity. So if you are deciding who to install your much needed air con, go with fair oak. Thanks Adam! 🙏

The best experience I’ve ever had with a contractor/tradesman. Very professional and timely, got the job done within the time allotted and always open to listening opinions and expectations. I wish there was an extra star ⭐️ as that’s what they deserve especially Adam. I’d recommend over and over again. Thank you.

Highly recommend, faultless communication. Detailed quote. Took the time to pair the perfect system with my home cinema. Arrived on time, beautiful neat install. And was the best price at tender Very happy

We recently had air conditioning installed in our office by Fair Oak Air Conditioning Ltd and are very happy with the service. Adam came out beforehand to assess the job before we committed, which gave us confidence everything would be done properly. He listened to our concerns, explained everything clearly, and put us at ease from the start. The installation was completed to a high standard, and both Adam and his apprentice were professional, polite, and efficient throughout. Would highly recommend.

These guys are fantastic! We had air con fitted in our home and im so impressed. I cant believe how quiet it is and my goodness the instant cool air! We have an elderly dog who really suffers in the summer so this was an absolute must. Adam was really professional and friendly and with us being on a new build estate with lots of rules and regulations, he worked out a perfect place to put the exterior unit and everything looked so neat and tidy. I cant thank you enough and thank you so much for keeping things neat and tidy.

Adam came to investigate why our ancient Aircon unit had failed. He also very kindly serviced our other, also ancient, Aircon unit and didn't charge for that extra work. He is a personable, enthusiastic and knowledgable gentleman who really does put the customer first. He is now going to quote us for a replacement Aircon unit and I am confident if we go for it, that the work will be carried out punctually, diligently and at a fair cost. A well deserved 5 star rating, I feel that I, and you also, are in safe hands with Adam.

Super easy to get in touch with, Adam took a look at my aging AC system and was able to recognise the likely causes of the poor performance and offered a comprehensive selection of options going forward, importantly advising against servicing due to the low likelihood of improvement given the observed symptoms. When the system eventually fails I'll definitely be in touch for an upgraded replacement. Update: FOAC have since been back to install a replacement system in my office and a new system in my garage. Both are working great, the pricing was very competitive, but the most impressive was the quality of the install. Inside and out the finish is really nice and super tidy, plus the team also kept everything really clean during the install process. No hesitation to recommend FOAC to anyone looking for a system (actually already have).

Had a great experience with Fai Oak Air Conditioning. They did an excellent job from start to finish – very tidy, professional, polite, and always on time. Really impressed with their work and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Adam fitted my air conditioning. He was very knowledgeable and took great care to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. He was very good and I would highly recommend him.

We are glad we chose fair oak air conditioning for the way they approached the job professionally along with great communication while under taking the job and after service care, Would highly recommend Adam and his team.

Can't rate Adam highly enough, needed multiple units of Airconditioning systems installed at my property and after we were unfortunately let down by another installer, reached out to Adam he was very knowledgeable, professional and reassuring through the whole process. He did an excellent job of fitting us in at short notice even working in his own personal time to ensure we got our project moving again. His work was neat and to a very high quality. He kept me in the loop through out the process and just gave us peace of mind. Great work Adam!

Honest and hard working, went through details from start to finish and gave heads up on any complications or issues that could arrise. Planned out the days in advance and had it come together as requested and was able to advise throughout the installation. Top notch service

Just had an aircon unit fitted for heating more than cooling and i am amazed at how quickly this heats up - 20 mins and provides heat which would take hours with radiators and cost 20x the price. Thanks Adam and team for specking and instaling, quickly and neatly. Thanks Simon

I recently contacted Fair Oak Air Conditioning with regard to carrying out a service on my heat pump system having been let down by my previous provider. I had an immediate response from Adam with a quotation for the work which I accepted. I was provided with a date and time that the work would be carried out and which was undertaken to the letter. The team were friendly, respectful of my property, and very professional with follow up reports including relevant certificates for the component parts of the system. As a retired M&E consulting engineer I am very impressed with Fair Oak Air Conditioning Ltd. and will not hesitate to continue using their services.

Fair Oak Air Conditioning have just installed 2 a/c units. The team of Adam, Barry and Nathan have been courteous and professional throughout the whole process. A really neat job which was thoroughly tested and the remote and app explained. I would not hesitate recommending this company to anyone who needs a great a/c system. Now bring on the next heatwave!

We have just had three indoor and one large outdoor unit installed by Adam and team at FOAC. From initial quote to install was just over a month and considering how busy the team are, we thought it was a reasonably quick turnaround. All the parts were delivered a week or so install and a qualified electrician prepared some wiring for the external unit to be connected to, which other competitors were not offering. The install was planned for 3 days, but given a few unforeseen issues, it ended up taking about a week to get all the AC units fully installed. Adam did his best every step of the way and kept us informed whilst being professional and friendly. There was a small issue which occurred during the install, but Adam came back several times to resolve everything and didn't see the job as finished until we were happy, which we appreciated. Overall we would have no issues in recommending Adam and FOAC and if we ever wanted additional units in the future, we know who to reach out to.

Really professional service. Installation of a/c was not the most straight forward due to layout of house, but Adam finally devised a layout which really works well and was the least intrusive from both internally and external. All the pipe runs are very well hidden. Quality of the Mitsubishi a/c equipment is exceptional and so configurable on individual room basis. Extremely quick at cooling rooms down and very quiet. Something I was a bit worried about, it being noisy. It isn't and external unit is so quiet you sometime wonder if its working! Would recommend this company to anyone who wants decent a/c installing and a very professional level of workmanship.

The whole experience with fair oak air conditioning was great. Adam was very helpful and polite from start to finish. He installed 3 air conditioning units in our property and despite a few unexpected hurdles he took them in his stride and delivered. I would definitely recommend Fair Oak Air Conditioning especially as summer approaches.

Adam was a great help. Would highly recommend. Visited for a quote very quickly and then fitted new air con unit within a week or so. Very helpful. It absolutely fab. Thank you very much 👍 😁

Fantastic experience with quick, clear communication along with visiting to inspect our issue over a bank holiday weekend. Would recommend.

Great service, would definitely use again. Given us an extra room in the house all year round. Great company to work with. Thanks Adam

Fantastic reliable service. Fair Oak Air Conditioning provided us with what we needed and when we needed it. We wouldn't use anyone else now and will certainly be calling on them next year for our next service. Adam was polite and curtious in our home and would recommend him to anyone.

A malfunctioning commercial refrigerator was promptly addressed; a technician arrived within three hours and resolved the issue. The response time was exceptional, and the technician provided excellent service.

What a fantastic job for our install of 2 units, one for a cabin office space and the other in the home. Communication has been top drawer right from the initial meeting and discussing our needs. The units were fitted over 2 separate days. Adam has been nothing short of brilliantly professional in all aspects, and remained so when things didn't quite go to plan with the cabin install which just hadn't been performing, the unit in my untrained eye was just faulty as it never stopped and never regulated the temperature, no matter what setting. Adams dealt with this by spending additional time to rip out and reinstall a better unit, taking a very respectable view that I was his customer and he didn't want us to not have what we had asked for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fair Oak Air Conditioning to anyone in future.

Had x2 units fitted in my bedrooms,Adam came out and did a survey and generated a quote. We gave the company the go ahead and agreed a date to start, unfortunately when the electrician arrived to run a new power supply, there was a miscommunication regarding positioning of the cable( wanted external wiring not internal) as we were away for the weekend. Spoke to Adam and he made a site visit, we agreed on an acceptable solution for both of us and the works were completed. I am 100 percent happy with the install, and the company. Will definitely use again in future if need more units and am happy to recommend. Thanks again guys 👍

I contacted Fair Oak Air Conditioning after the old unit that I was using finally gave up. Adam answered my call and we arranged for him to come over to discuss my options and provide a free quotation for the work. I was very impressed with how polite and knowledgeable he was, which confirmed my choice of using Fair Oak Air Conditioning. On the day of the installation, Adam worked tirelessly and way past when he probably should have to make sure that he got the job done. His work is immaculate and he obviously takes pride in the work he does. I was reluctant to get a full air con system put in, but I am so glad that I did and now i'm enjoying super comfortable evenings whilst I am sleeping thanks to Adam. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fair Oak Air Conditioning. To say i'm totally impressed is an understatement!

Adam was a breath of fresh air to deal with. He arrived on time, rectified the problems with my whippy machine, and left everything tidy. Very reasonably priced repair. Would recommend and use again.

We recently hired Fair Oak Air Conditioning for routine maintenance on our commercial refrigeration units. The service was very thorough. FOAC's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction make them our go-to for any future ACR needs.

FOAC really impressed us with their quick response and repair of our air conditioning unit at home. Adam was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain the issue. Fair pricing and excellent service – we won't hesitate to call them again!
