BE WARNED ❌⛔️ - awful company will not deliver within the given time frame. Do not I repeat DO NOT trust and sign anything with them until you have your delivery. They will not deliver for months and then take you to court as you have signed the contract. Ruthless company out to take you to court without delivering goods in time. We placed an order and agreed a delivery time frame. We chased them with no joy and out the blue one day they sent a rep to arrange installation. We mentioned that we have had one installed as we couldn’t wait the month without contact from them. They then took us to court for £1200 for signing the contract! Resulting in a CCJ - do not use this company at any cost.

After working with Aqua Cooling over the past couple of weeks, I cannot recommend them enough. Connor has been the reliable engineer on site every day, nothing is too much trouble for him. Simon and Joe spent time with us as well for some of the jobs that required the extra hands. The whole job has gone smoothly with great communication from the engineers and Olivia (an absolute gem) in the office.

Zeus Hydratech MD, Oliver Starr invited the Aqua Cooling team to collaborate with them to support one of the largest steel processing plants in the UK. The customers’ existing chiller units (fitted to large CNC equipment was old which meant parts and technical support was no longer available) Aqua Cooling were able to support us directly with the specification of suitable chillers from their range. We had a short term air-con need and Aqua were great. They responded to my enquiry almost immediately, and the hire was sorted within the hour. Even better, they delivered the units next day (and we're not local!) Aqua also extended my hire period with no dramas at all. Overall, truly excellent service

AQUA provided us excellent service recently for two emergency situations at two different sites. We required 2x Chillers at one and 1x Boiler at other. On top of meeting the delivery dates and speedy turn around. The key for me personally was the communication throughout. Off hires were also a smooth process. Highley Recommended...they have done a lovely job...talked me through what they were doing and why... then gave me a tutorial on how it all works...they left work areas tidy and as its a split unit the external pipe work looks so neat ...really pleased and the boys were great...

I’ve worked with several process cooling companies in the past, and out of all of them, Aqua are by far the best. Response time, support both on site and remote and the outstanding service levels their field service department provide set them apart from all the rest.

Almost reversed into my car this evening and couldn't care less when I told them to move forward. More concerned about going into the pub!

Excellent service from the hire team! When extra cooling capacity was required, an extra chiller was delivered on the Monday when requested on a Sunday. Additionally after a leak through no fault of their own reported at 6:30pm on an evening, their service engineer had visited the next working day and had the leak repaired by 9:10am the day after! Reliable company all round!

Great service by very friendley staff will defanatly use them in future projects.

Great company to deal with, Jack Crawford never fails to come up with a solution and is both extremely reactive and reliable - Used Aqua Cooling a lot on many of my clients sites - don't be fooled by the name as their heating hire side is first class too.

I look after the HVAC contract for one of the major hospitals in London and have had to turn to Aqua Cooling a few times when our backs have been against the wall. One incident that springs to mind is when one of the minus 20 walk in freezers wend down and i phoned my contact Jack Crawford who had a temporary freezer delivered to site at 6am the following morning. Jack and his team understand the importance of the environment their customers work in and the service they give has always been fantastic.

After a series of failures on our own chillers and unacceptable levels of downtime we looked to Capex new units. Initially we approached Aqua cooling for an offer of short-term hire to bridge the gap needed for the purchase and delivery of new units. Jack presented to us the full benefits of long-term hire and with it a cost that made more sense than purchase. Service has been 5 stars since day one, sales and support have been outstanding, no hidden costs, everything upfront and zero downtime. What more could you ask for!
