Called after a recommendation from a friend and was lucky to get a slot the same day for a much needed toilet repair. Dan G attended exactly when i was told he would and also phoned 10 mins before to confirm. Very happy with work and whole process, from booking via the personable Laura to work carried out by the polite and knowledgeable Dan. Competitive pricing and have requested quotes for further work as a result.

I cannot recommend Floflame highly enough. They have done various jobs for me - always to a very high standard. This time they replaced my old gas boiler at home which had to be finally retired due to old age (24 years). It was not the easiest to replace, but they did so with care, thoughtfulness and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble to resolve the practical problems, meet my preferences and carry out the pipework etc really neatly. The whole team are a pleasure to deal with. I say this as someone who has spent may years in commercial building operations and maintenance and know a good firm when I find one!

I had an air conditioning unit installed in my outdoor garden salon that provides both cooling and heating. I couldn't be happier with the service. From beginning to the end, the communication from Laura was excellent, Dan and Lenny were friendly and did a really neat job on the installation. After servicing a boiler, a replacement expansion vessel was needed. It was fitted within a week of the service. Dan was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Overall, I am very happy with the installation of the new boiler, hot water cylinder and bathroom radiator. The whole process went smoothly and efficiently, and they were very nice people to have working here. The workmanship was excellent, and all the copper pipework was very neat and well laid out. I first met Dan about 9 years ago when he was recommended to me by a colleague because my aged boiler wasn’t working properly. He came promptly and had the problem sorted out within a couple of days. Since then I have always booked Dan and the team every year for my boiler services. When my old boiler finally gave up he fitted a new boiler for me and also sorted out a problem I’d been worrying about. Nothing is too much trouble for Dan and his team. We're thrilled to have used FloFlame to install a new boiler. Dan C had previously serviced our old boiler and advised that the flue wasn't complying with the latest building regs when others hadn't noticed. Get air conditioning booked today! Dan and his team at Floflame did an excellent job of installing our air conditioning unit into our master bedroom this week. I was worried about the cost, noise and how it might look inside and outside when my husband suggested us having one but my goodness, I’m not sure how we have lived without one for so long. It was an absolute bargain price, is a very neat unit inside and outside, it’s quiet as a mouse and heats as well as cools, and the work and the installation itself was seemless, neat and tidy and you wouldn’t have known they were here they were so self contained. I highly recommend this company for speed, efficiency, value for money, quality workmanship and great customer service. They deserve ten stars!
