We cannot recommend Ashley highly enough. He fitted us a new boiler and has subsequently serviced it a year on. We have always found him to be entirely professional, reliable, punctual and he has always offered us an excellent level of service. We have been so impressed with Ashley that our extended family also use him, and he has fitted our parents a new boiler and he has moved a boiler from our son’s kitchen to his loft.

Having had various quotes for a new kitchen boiler install in a new location from the previous old one I finally elected to go with Ashley based on his presentation and competitive quote. It was not just a simple swap..2 new double rads were fitted,new pump,3 port valve,decommissioning of old F&E loft tank,replaced by a sealed system,power flush,multiple TRVs fitted. Ash & Jack,his very polite,unobtrusive,young trainee were very conscientious in ensuring they put down dust sheets and towels to protect carpets prior to starting. They were very respectful of the property and went about their business very professionally. Ash is an excellent tradesman & takes great care in his work with attention to fine details. The pipework is very neat. He answered the very many questions I posed concisely and with good grace. He and I had common interests in sport and places we had been so we got on really well. The install went into a 3rd day and he even brought 2 electric heaters with him as we were without heating for 2 days so he's kind hearted and considerate to boot. I can say without fear of equivocation that Ash fully vindicated my decision to have him do the work and would have no hesitation in recommending him based not just on his undoubted expertise but on his qualities as a genuine human being.

We were delighted with the professional quality and tidy nature of the work to replace our boiler and flush the system and would not hesitate to recommend Atom Gas to anyone needing a reliable and friendly service.

Booked this company to service our boiler. We saw the van arrive turn round & drive away. This is a rural location on an unmade road but the engineer found it & then drove away. We called at once and were told the guy had 'popped a tyre'. He hadn't when he arrived at our address. He said it was too inaccessible but he ACTUALLY GOT HERE.

Just had Ashley out again to fix a leak under the first floor floorboards. An excellent and quick repair that saved our downstairs bedroom from damage. Always pleased to recommend Atom Gas for quality of workmanship and price. we were looking for a reliable central heating system installer so visited the Worcester Bosch website where, after filling in a few details, gives you recommendations on the boiler etc needed. These recommendations also include a list of authorised installers, this was how we found Atom Gas Ltd, we were contacted by Ashley who arranged to come round and look at the required work and provide a quote. We accepted the quote and the works were started on time, we found Ash to be extremely thorough and knowlegeable and felt completely at ease with him in our home. He did an excellant job and we will use him for any future plumbing works. We would thoroughly recommend him and will do so to our friends and family.

Excellent work, quickly fixed. The area of pipework under our floorboards was a mess before but Ashley has cleaned all the rubble and stuff left by previous plumbers, electricians and builders as well as fixing leaking pipe.

I've now used Atom Gas a number of times from emergency call outs for leaks to installation of a new boiler and major refurbishment work on our heating. When it comes to boiler engineers , Ashley is at the top of my list. Excellent service , very professional clean and tidy work and value for money. Ashley has checked our boiler for gas safety for a number of years. We recently had the issue of no hot water and constant loss of pressure. I called to see if he could sort it out. Couldn't get heating to work. Was after hours, Atom came round very happily within minutes and fixed the problem immediately. Really lovely guy, so helpful and kind.
