Atkins Air Conditioning

Great service - they even sorted out a couple of other things that were nothing to do with them whilst they were here. Very friendly people

Installed air con unit at quoted date and time, very easy communication. Would definitely recommend.

Just had 2 internal units installed with 1 outside unit. Bedroom and Living Room. Daikin units. Couldn't be happier. Gregg and Connor were so professional from initial contact 2 monthes ago to the final minute they were on site. Gregg knows his stuff and knows how to treat his customers. Extremely neat and tidy and polite. Have and will continue to recommend Atkins Air Conditioning -

Fantastic company. Greg and team were faultless from first contact to aircon installation. Very satisfied (and much cooler). Happy to recommend!

Highly recommend this company. Arrived and got on with the job, very polite and tolerated my reactive noisy dogs well. The unit is great and efficient. Both gents cleared and tidied everything 👍

Brilliant, Greg was great, gave a great price. Dean and Connor were great lads rhat installed the aircon. Would highly recommend.

Greg and Conor were fantastic servicing my aircon unit and quoting for a new one. Will definitely use them again in the future and recommend to others.

Excellent installation. Greg was very kind and very open to my endless questions before the air con was installed. He was bang on time for the quote and again for the installation day. Very tidy and courteous to the house. Tidied up nicely afterwards and gave us a full tutorial and advice on how to use the system.

Greg and the team were absolutely fantastic. Working around my dog and the seriously hot weather. They were so helpful and conscientious and I thoroughly recommend them if you want to get air-conditioning in your house don’t forget it does do the winter as well as the summer. Thank goodness it was done yesterday in the middle of this heat. Wave was awful for them but the aftermath for it is so much better for us so thank you Greg. My dog and I are so happy and cool!

If you’re thinking about air conditioning, I would highly recommend Atkins AC. Fantastic experience from quote to finish! Greg came out to survey and offered so much advice, answered loads of questions we had. He was incredibly thorough. Explained the best units for our requirements. We wanted two (very high up!) third floor bedrooms fitting with proper AC (we’d tried portable AC units but they were noisy and took ages to cool). We wanted units that were super quiet and sufficiently powerful to cool rooms with 5m high ceilings. Greg came up with a great product solution. We were lucky and got a cancellation slot - and on a Saturday! The installers were very friendly and worked really hard to get the install finished in a day. They took time to explain how to get the best from our new AC units. Had a small teething problem which Greg personally came out on the Sunday morning to fix - very impressive. My girls are thoroughly enjoying their cool bedrooms❄️❄️!!! AMAZING product, AMAZING customer service. Can’t wait to get more rooms fitted with AC now!!! Thanks Greg

Greg and Connor did a fabulous job installing our new a/c unit. We knew from the minute we first met Greg a couple of weeks ago that he would do a professional job and he didn't disappoint. He also made sure that we got our installation before the heatwave hit and we are so glad he did. The quote also came in on budget. Cannot praise these guys enough. Clean, tidy installation. Highly recommend Atkins Air Conditioning

We had two hitachi split units installed for our open plan downstairs and upstairs bedroom. Excellent service from Greg from start to finish. Professional, knowledgeable and honest throughout the whole process. The installation was completed to a very high standard, everything was left clean and tidy, and the Hitachi system is working brilliantly. Great communication and no pressure selling. Would highly recommend to anyone considering air conditioning.

Atkins came recommended to us by a family member, and we've been really pleased with their work. We had multi-split units installed in several rooms around the house. Advice and communication were top notch, and just friendly service throughout. They were very patient working around our work schedules (and very nosy dog), left everything clean and very professional. Highly recommended.

Fair price. Excellent communication. High standard of work! Cannot fault the service at all! Will definitely be recommending! Thank you! 🌟

Did not hesitate in booking Greg to fit air con in my home, as he came highly recommended by my family and neighbours of theirs. Greg is fab at listening to your requirements, advising and explaining everything clearly. Throughout the process he continually checked with me to ensure I was happy with positioning of the unit etc. His work areas were very clean and tidy, he even put all my furniture back in place for me. Entire service was excellent and very professional.

Absolutely outstanding service from Greg from start to finish. 10/10. Greg oversaw the entire system design process, talked me through a range of options and helped me choose the setup that best suited the house and how we use it. His knowledge and advice throughout were excellent and never pushy. The installation itself was completed to a very high standard — neat, professional and clearly done with pride. He also took the time to properly explain how to use the system, how to get the best efficiency and performance from it, and answered every question I had. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical knowledge, customer service and attention to detail this well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Greg to anyone considering air conditioning installation.

Greg was brilliant. Installation easy and clean. Aftercare great. Price was surprisingly reasonable. Definitely recommend.

Greg installed 2 units in my property recently. Very professional service. Took the time to explain how everything works once installed and left the property clean and tidy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a no nonsense service.

Just had two units installed by Greg. Greg was very professional in our home, he was also very tidy and very knowledgeable about the units. I will definitely be recommending him to family and friends. We can’t wait for a hot summer to use our air-con units!

Really appreciate the work Greg completed for us, very professional and would recommend to others

Excellent service everything worked out perfectly. Greg worked tirelessly to get the air conditioning installed just as specified. And such a nice, polite person. Thank you.

Big recommendation for Greg. Courteous, professional and efficient, Greg always responded promptly to our emails and phone calls. Arrived on time and completed installation in time frame promised and all to a great standard. When job done, he offered ongoing support and assistance if we had any problems which leaves you with confidence. Well done!

Greg fitted air conditioning for my house - two of the main bedrooms. His price was very fair, and the work he did was to an excellent standard. Would definitely recommend.

Top class service. AC units in our office and home - super professional and efficient. Worked with us to establish exactly what we needed. Can’t recommend them enough

Greg has fitted the most amazing air con at our home. Our master suite is in a loft conversion & so gets very warm in the summer. The unit is sleek & fits in with our decor perfectly. You would hardly know it’s there. Greg & Tom also fitted an air con unit into the office of our business, Abode Mortgage & Protection. Both units will heat & cool our rooms. We are so happy & would highly recommend!

Massive thanks to Greg—top guy! He came round quickly, figured out the issue straight away and had my aircon working again in no time. Super easy to deal with and really genuine. Would definitely use again

Greg is such a kind gentleman—quick, professional, and incredibly effective. He fixed my aircon in no time and explained everything clearly. Great service, honest advice, and a genuinely helpful attitude. Highly recommended

Greg is fantastic, fitted both of our units and services every year. Would highly recommend!

Cant fault the guy & I am used to finding faults as its rare I ever find a tradesman for anything that does a good job. So really happy there are those out there

We had our air conditioning install completed by Atkins. Install was neat and tidy, no issues and completed in a day. Would not hesitate to recommend them following our experience .

I would highly recommend this company for any work. Was quick and reliable

Couldn't recommend Greg more highly when it comes to air conditioning. No need to look anywhere else. Great work and a great tradesman!

Did an excellent job, great customer service and competitive - highly recommended.

I had my air conditioning unit fitted in 2024 and Gregg was super efficient, clean and tidy. During this winter I’ve had it on to warm my room and it’s very powerful and energy efficient. Highly recommended and I can’t praise Gregg enough and wish him a very successful 2025.

We had air conditioning fitted in the dining room and bedroom by Greg of Atkins Air Conditioning. He helped with the location of the internal and external units and the specification of what we required. Not only was the price competitive Greg arrived when he said he would and was clean and tidy and did an amazing job the units are the envy of all who visit. One of the only tradesman we have recommended and would continue to do so. No need to go anywhere else for Air Conditioning Greg is certainly worth five stars and we wouldn’t have our units serviced by anyone else. Doug and Justine Hallam.
