We engaged Michail and his team to build a new extension to our 18th Century Cotswold stone property which we knew would require a high level of skill and workmanship. They did not put a foot wrong! From the very first meeting there was good communication regarding the project and all ideas shared were discussed with a positive attitude. This led to a collaborative relationship throughout the build with plenty of time given to meetings to discuss the development and progress of the build, which was considered and mindful. Any problems were swiftly resolved with a respectful gesture to the age of the property, cleverly seaming the old with the new. The high standard of workmanship, across all trades, was matched with considered and respectful behaviour. Michal is a really nice guy, helpful in every aspect. He converted, extended and fully renovated our 5 bed property to a very high standard. Carpentry/joinery, plastering, plumbing/heating, electrical, brick works, full house insulation, garden patio and driveway were all done very well. All major works were completed timely. Whenever we have any issues, he would listen and return to fix them. Crucially, he understands building regulations and knows to get work done to meet these requirements. Always busy but he is responsive, respectful, patient, and responsible builder. We enjoy good and professional relationship with him and happy to recommend him and have already recommended him to others.
