Out underfloor heating wasn't working properly one of the sections wasn't heating up. Ryan took his time to figure out which one wasn't working and then checked the heating system. He needed a couple of parts, ordered them and came back the next week to fit them. He was really lovely and helpful and explained how the system worked and what he was doing. He answered all of my questions. Super helpful would 100% use again!

One of the few companies I have had the pleasure of using. The team were brilliant. We have a fairly complex set up for a domestic heating and hot water system which uses ASHP, back up boiler and immersion with weather compensation. They clearly knew their stuff.

Ryan and his team worked tirelessly to identify and resolve the issues I was having with my Samsung Heat Pump / Kodiak Joule system. Initially, on Christmas Eve, the problem was traced to a weeping pipe joint that had been leaking for months onto one of the main water pumps. This eventually caused the pump to fail, which in turn blew the main circuit board. After sourcing a replacement board, Ryan went the extra mile by working closely with Samsung Technical Support, speaking with them several times and running through multiple command combinations on the control panel to get the system working again, as this was not a 'common issue'. He even worked out of hours to make sure everything was fixed. It’s great to find a trade professional who genuinely goes the extra mile.

Our 14 year old boiler gave up the ghost on Sunday 14th December. Not knowing where to turn at this time of year my son recommended Ryan and Blueflow Heating, Cooling & Renewables and we was not disappointed. Ryan came out at short notice to look at our issue and explained our options clearly and when he thought he could fit us in. We decided it was time to change the boiler rather than fix and Ryan managed to fit us in for a boiler replacement the following Thursday and Friday. He turned up on time as promised, laid dust sheets throughout and made sure everything was left clean and tidy when leaving. His workmanship is first-class, and his in-depth knowledge and advice really impressed us. Fantastic friendly service and we would have no hesitation in recommending him and will certainly use him again.

Ryan serviced our hybrid system earlier this year and has just been back to fit anti freeze valves. On both occasions he has been knowledgeable and informative and has gone the extra mile. After several years of difficulty finding reliable people with knowledge of hybrid systems we came across Ryan and we couldn't recommend him more. I only wish I had discovered him sooner!

Acquired a new water feature in the landing ceiling due to a leaking water tank! Had used Blueflow before and was impressed. My boiler had a persistent code constantly reappearing. I called the engineer and explained. We both agreed it was the ignition valve, and this was duly ordered. However, once Ryan arrived, he stated there was a problem with the instalation of my three year old boiler. He fixed the problem and took back the part, so it cost me less than half of the original agreed figure. Most engineers would have either changed the part or pretended to do so. In today's day and age it hard to find a honest gas engineer. I keep his card close to hand.

Absolutely swept in at our time of need. They identified where the leak was coming from immediately - which sounds simple, but our experience has shown it isn’t for everyone! Ryan came out quickly to fix an issue with our boiler randomly turning itself on. We found that the thermostat had failed and he fitted a new hive thermostat for us within a couple of days. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience of the service of my heat pump. I haven't had much experience using it over the last year but Ryan was fantastic and I will be using him every year for the foreseeable to keep my heat pump up to date and working well.

I have been using Ryan coming up to 5yrs now for my regular boiler service. Unfortunately my old boiler broke just before Christmas. Ryan came to assess the issue and tried to fix it however due to its age it ended up needing to be replaced. Ryan replaced the boiler making sure it had a long 10yr warranty & was installed safely in line with new regs. He is polite, tidy, on time as well as very clear with costs & quotes. Very prompt replies and easy to communicate with, work was completed in good time both to book ahead and physical work on the day. Had a new shower fitted and would sp clean you'd barely know someone had been.

Ryan was quick to respond and really efficient when he helped to fit our new sink and tap and disconnect and reconnect our hob and oven following new worktops being fitted. The workmanship was excellent and the precautions he took when reconnecting the gas was very reassuring.

Ryan did a great job on our boiler. He initially came out to fix our existing boiler which had issues and advised us on a few options. We decided that it would be best to replace it and Ryan was great to work with on sourcing a good budget friendly replacement with a 10 year warranty. He was super supportive in text/calls for us to get hot water in the meantime so we could shower before the new boiler arrived. Very polite, tidy and we will definitely be getting Ryan back for our yearly service. Could not recommend enough!

I called Ryan when my boiler broke down. Ryan attended on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. We agreed a fee and he fitted a new part and fixed our boiler without any fuss. I’d definitely call Blue Flow in the future and I’d recommend him without hesitation.

Highly recommend them for their service and fair pricing. We had a cold water pipe leakage in our kitchen ceiling and had been struggling to find a good plumber to fix the issue. We got few overpriced quotes and plumbers promising to come over to have a look for quotes n fixes before him but they never turned up. Finally, I came across this company and contacted them. Ryan came over the very next day and fixed the issue. We really liked the way he took time to look at the leakage and explained the best approach to eliminate the leakage as the current pipe was quite concealed in a tight space above the false ceiling close to the brick wall. He patiently answered our queries as well. We felt his attitude toward the problem was very clear, he didn’t wanted to give us a temporary fix but a long term solution which is really important to any customer. Now, we feel the new connection gives us more accessibility. We got our kitchen tap changed as well after this fix for a fair price again. Thank you Ryan! Really appreciate it!

Top bloke great job reasonable price

Ryan replaced my old non-working system boiler with a combi boiler, including setting up a Nest thermostat. He’s not pushy and felt he was great at explaining what options I could choose from and what would work best. Price was great also, especially considering that unlike some of the engineers working for big name companies, he takes his time to get everything done correctly. He left the house clean and has good banter so was nice to have him around for company too. Thanks again for the great work! 10/10
