After a bad experience I found SEP Sheldon’s Electrical & Plumbing. Recommended by Which in my area. I’ve now used SEP for nearly x9 years. Mark Sheldon is super qualified electrician (NICEIC) & plumber. He has fitted x4 boilers for me in several properties (parents & grown children included), consumer units, showers, extractor fans, wireless thermostats, taps etc. Tidy, helpful, genuine and honest, professional and relaxed & sincere are words I use to describe him. He has never let me down, has his own business and has been used by many of my friends who have been very pleased. Highly recommended & dependable, reasonable on price, we won’t use anyone else now.

Used in January 2024 boiler service (which SEP Fitted) We all know how hard it is to find reliable traders who don’t rip you off. After a bad experience I found SEP Sheldon’s Electrical & Plumbing. Never would use this company again , they did a boiler service and created more problems and had to have another company to sort their problems out

Mark and his team rewired our house house and did all the pluming including underfloor heating no issues always on time quality workmanship

Fitted new boiler and 4 radiators. Good price excellent workmanship clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend. Came the day and time they said they would and kept me informed all the way through the job.

Dissapointed with the service, nice guys but useless... First visit was at a premium price for changing a radiator tap and bleeding a towel warmer, they kept trying to push for a full boiler service, which I said twice it'd already had. Second visit they were in such a rush, they came and saw the problems we had with drainage from the bath tub and a leak into the kitchen, discussed a solution and said they would be in touch with a quote, no news for a few days, I called the office, said they would contact me shortly with my quote, a week later still no quote or reply. Left with a leaky bath tub.

SEP have done a number of jobs for us, from a boiler service to fitting underfloor heating in our new conservatory. They are prompt, clean, hardworking and do a great job for a sensible price. We don't use anyone else.

Mark came round to discuss our boiler situation and fitted me with a wireless thermostat in 2013 and then fitted me a new boiler in 2014. The advice he gave me was always excellent, he's on time and a nice guy. His colleague fitted the boiler and did a great job at a reasonable price. I would certainly recommend SEP
